I ordered a six month subscription and… I ordered a six month subscription and I am so disappointed with our first box. The items were not designed for our 3 month old baby. Like a bag of granola? Only two toys and the rest was baby cleaning items? When I called to talk to them, there is no one to take my call. They recording says to leave a message on the website. When I wrote them (3) emails they told me there is no refunds on a 6 month subscription and in addition, I would get charged a $25 early cancellation fee. Seriously? What a scam.

Terrible Terrible. The stuff that the box contained was not worth the price. All the products were very very cheap and I could’ve bought all the products separately and payed less than I payed for the box. I was very disappointed. I will never buy this again.

Need more variety I've gotten 6 bitsy boxes and several items have been repeated like a picture frame, a toddler cup, and a teething toy. We also have a good 5 toothbrushes (all slightly different) from bitsy alone. Definitely need to work on their variety.

Absolutely adorable box Absolutely adorable box for my little. Can’t wait to see what he gets each month. Favorite things so far are a bedtime book, some great soothie pacifiers, skin care, and the cutest bunny rattle.

Brings so much joy to my family! So I ordered the 12 month subscription of bump boxes for my sister which automatically turns into Bitsy boxes after her due date. Omg we couldn’t be any happier with the boxes. Each month has products curated to baby milestones. We all love the products in the boxes, especially my nephew! I couldn’t bare the thought of them not receiving the Bitsy Boxes anymore so I ordered another twelve month subscription for them. My sister gets so excited to come over and open the box every time, it’s kinda become a tradition. I plan to keep renewing the Bitsy Boxes until my nephew ages out. Our last box had a very hungry caterpillar rattle in it and it’s my nephew’s absolute favorite thing in the world right now. I always get so excited when I see that box at my door. If I could give Bitsy Boxes 100 stars I would.
