An item for future I ordered an item a while ago and I'm very happy with it. I bought it for next year when a person close to me will celebrate 50th birthday and he really likes beer. Another job well done!!

I told them to forward it to you, so check with your customer support. If I put the order number here and it’s exposed to the public, people may use that to get the money back. The risk is on you. As I said for the 100th time I DO NOT have IBAN!!! You must cancel the payment transaction so the money will be credited back to my card!!! If I give you my foreign bank account number for a wire transfer, you will pay US$50, is that what you want???? Edit: No Suzana, don’t blame the seller! ShipGratis is the middle person so YOU must take the full responsibility! ShipGratiS refuses to pay me back the money after many email attempts! They keep saying only IBAN, well FU I do NOT have an IBAN that means you refuse to pay me back! All you need to do is cancel the card transaction and the money will be credited back to me! So don’t lie about it by replying very nicely and behind closed doors you just treat people inhumane!!! Original: I wish I listened to the poor reviews before ordering with ShipGratis, so hopefully my review will prevent more people becoming victims. They are scammers. I ordered an item online and after a month I demanded for an update and they finally admitted that the item was out of stock and they will not be able to complete the order. They only told me, because I repetitively demanded an update. Now they refuse to cancel the transaction so the credit can be returned to my credit card. I am taking legal actions and reported them to the EU consumer bureau. These types of merchants need to be taken accountable for their scams and the whole world needs to know about it so they can have ethical business practices.

Scam page!!! Do not order from this page, they are scammers. My mother-in-law ordered two things, one on the 22.6 and the other 28.6. It has been 3 months now, no items, no message, no money in the bank account. She tried contacting them a few times, with no luck. Please return her the money or you will hear from our lawyers.
