Impossible to return items, poor company I am trying to return the items that I purchased because they do not fit and are no longer needed. I emailed customer service for a return label and the response I got went something like this “How about we refund you $40 and you keep the items”. Keep in mind my whole order cost about $100. I simply responded with no- I want the full refund and I don’t want these clothes. I have now been ghosted for the past 6 days with no responses to my last 2 emails…

I tried to exchange a size medium for a… I tried to exchange a size medium for a size large and instead of sending me a size large, they sent me a size small. Not to mention I had to pay for return shipping to even exchange the shorts and they didn’t give me the size I asked for.
