customer service is bad, lead quality is below par lead quality is not good "speed to lead" is not true because they vet them with their "not-fun-to-talk-to" overseas workers and it takes a while to get the lead to the marketplace and into your CRM. Experienced investors know that getting on the phone within the first 5 minutes is crucial, and that is not possible with these leads. Mainly leaving a terrible review because I've literally requested and texted many times to be removed from their enormous amount of text messages and email marketing / notifications and they cannot simply remove me from their list. Many real estate leads in my areas of… Many real estate leads in my areas of interest, so many it's hard to keep up. I have a CRM but it's not needed with their software. If you do have a CRM a webhook is easy to use with Zapier for Podio and other CRMs. Support is very responsive. The reviews on texts are odd knowing the app has a notification tab you personalize and adjust. The only negative I've experienced is the enormous amount of text numbers it comes from and each time it changes (usually daily) needing to put the new number under the existing contact so I don't have tons of text from the company in different places.

Trash I get constantly spammed by so many different numbers to buy their leads and even though I may have at one point considered using them there is no chance in hell I’d use their recycled leads after this. I keep “unsubscribing” and blocking numbers and keep getting spammed by different ones.
