GBI signed up for the mosaic plan I signed up for the mosaic plan, $10 @ mo. After 1 week I cancelled. Not because of lack of traffic- I'm aware it's a new site and I was willing to " grow " with Go Imagine. With the Mosaic, I was able to point my domain and utilize a Mosaic website along with the GO Imagine marketplace. But here is the problem and why I left and chose not to waste my time & money: The marketplace site is just OK in regard to listing products for sellers & navigation menu for buyers could be better. I found it frustrating. But my goal was to utilize my domain. The Mosaic website lay out, navigation menu does not have a home page, back button or return to top or anyway to return to all the products. It froze many times while trying to make changes to listings. The navigation menu left alot to be desired. The bounce rate in comparsion to other marketplaces is high... I suspect because of this. The bounce rate info was found thru a Google search on go imagine bounce rate. My banner at the top of the Mosaic site was so small it was unappealing. I had a family member try and navigate thru a hot mess; needless to say she found it difficult. As far as this portion of Mosaic, utilizing what they call " your private website" when you point a domain there; there are no files, no back end or C panel. Any SEO, organic or paid traffic has to be done by you. So the Mosaic plan essentially does NOT offer a website by any stretch of the imagination. I suppose if you are looking for another marketplace to cross list too, have under 50 products this would be OK. But even the marketplace portion of go imagine for seller shops does not advertise on Google or other search engines... at least I saw none. Only ads to join Go Imagine. Customer service for sellers was nice- the FB group is genuinely helpful. But didn't make enough of a difference to me to stick around for $10 @ mo.

GBHandmade only and donations that help children in need! A place to sell that's handmade only and donates transaction fees to charity. What's not to love? I have been on Goimagine since beta phase in 2020 and the customer service is amazing! Always someone available to help, and often it's handmade artists helping other artists. It's the charitable donations to help children in need and being handmade only that drove us to Goiamgine as a place to grow our business long term. It is a new site, so it will take time to gain traffic, so don't expect to jump in and make lots of sales at first. One thing to keep in mind is that it was the sellers that grew Etsy in the beginning by spreading the word. And with a site that's handmade only, what many of us makers have been looking for, I don't think it will take too long for Goiamgine to grow.

GBThis site really has it together This site really has it together. Very organized and straight froward userface. It's a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

GBgoimagine has a very warm and welcoming… goimagine has a very warm and welcoming community of sellers. While I have been selling online for awhile, technology is not my ahem, strength and they were super helpful in getting my site up and running. Transferring existing product to goimagine is a smooth transition. Additionally, they make decisions with the sellers best interests in mind because there are no shareholders to satisfy. The fact that they donate to children's charities is also a big factor for me. As a buyer, the products I have ordered have been high quality, shipped quickly with good customer service. Highly recommended.

GBAs a seller on this platform As a seller on this platform, I can’t say enough good things about the site itself, the people behind the scenes, and their mission. It’s so much better knowing profits for the site are going to help children in need instead of paying for some CEOs private jet !
