GBI never received the item. UPDATE: I received the replacement in a very timely fashion. I never received the item, despite FedEx saying that they left it at my door. Friday - 9-17-21 UPDATE: The replacement item arrived today, Wednesday, 9-22-21. I haven't had the opportunity to take it out of the box and try it out, but if there are any problems with it, that's on the manufacturer, not the seller. They could have easily just placed the blame on FedEx and washed their hands of it, but they chose to replace the item at no additional cost to me. In my opinion, this is exemplary service. Thanks!
