USWe are moving on from CharityAuctionsToday We have used CharityAuctionsToday for 3 years for our silent auction for our charity golf event. After using the service this year, we discovered an extra .7% charge taken from all of our items, in addition to the normal percentage they take. On researching this, we discovered that this .7% fee was listed in only one place and was not included on their pricing page. This is in addition to the normal percentage they take. Why the additional fee, and why not list it clearly on your pricing page? They also have added a fee for sending texts to golfers through the system, including several that were free in prior years. Sadly, we feel that we can no longer trust this vendor and will be using a different vendor in the future.
