Psych Dog Training Program The training program was clear and the videos were excellent. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact. I was able to contact customer service when I had a problem with uploading the videos. The problem was solved immediately. The video was assessed very quickly.

The training is brilliant The training is brilliant. The lessons and videos are clear and straightforward, offering various methods for the same task. When I had questions, I received answers via the chats within minutes. The instructions stressed taking the time to proof your dog, which is great advice. The more time you spend training in public spaces, the more comfortable you and your dog become with the process. It is now a great comfort to me, having my dog with me at all times. Psychiatric Service Dog Course My PSD came partially trained so doing a few of the steps he already knew. I think an outline of what specifically needs to be in the video would be helpful like hold for 30 seconds, or not leash used, etc. Overall this was really nice because I could complete this on my own time at my own pace when my work and personal life allowed.

The Dog Academy provided a terrific foundation, and a long term vision. I am so pleased that the training was both enjoyable and serious. Having a service dog is important to me, and certainly, with an on-line course, I realize that having a good service dog takes time and continuous practice. The Way Training Should Be ! I enjoyed being comfortable in my own home and with my friends while completing my service dog training at my own pace. My anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress keeps me from attending many functions and normal classes. Many of the class requirements for service dog training in my area include long drivetimes, over 2 hours, exhausting days, and strict scheduling, making the programs difficult to complete. I also find many of the requirements evasive, like in home checks done by strangers. Most of the programs also train only rescue dogs, training your preferred breed is not an option. I am not comfortable with all dog breeds. This program gave me options that are perfect for me.
