I ordered the dress I didn't receive again on this order number: HBC03775468 hoping this would speed things along and it didn't. Just a little disappointed. I'm not sure who to believe. Is it shipping or someone just decided that the dress I wanted isn't available? When I inquired about it, I got a response that the people were working tirelessly to get it done. I ordered that dress in March and today is April 29. Tomorrow is the last day of April. I will take both dresses from both orders and give one away to a friend, however, am I receiving them?
