Excellent customer service from Alex… Excellent customer service from Alex with BlueLots! All my questions are answered in a timely manner. My first order arrived super quick, two or three days I believe. Item quality was just as pictured and described.

SCAMMERS . WONT PAY SELLERS!!! This company will tell you via email they have sent your money and you never get it. Last month they finally paid . This month they lied about paying me twice already and won't even reply to emails. They owe me about 6200.00 so it's not a small amount. Do not trust these people.!! I will be filing a police report and giving them the names and adresses of the buyers to retrieve my inventory if not paid.. they are liers! They are thiefs!

The service I got from source was very… The service I got from source was very good however the merchandise in both cases was not what I would consider good by any means. In both cases it appears that they just gathered up all their junk and put it into a bulk sale. I will not buy smaller items the next time but will try for bigger items with hope of getting much better items. If I break even this time on these two I will be AMAZED!

They fulfilled their promise On 2/21 I bid on and won a bid for Swarovski Jewelry. My order arrived and the jewelry was very close to what was advertised, i.e. most of the items pictured were in my order, and ALL of it was Swarovski Jewlery. I have sold several pieces of jewelry on FaceBook Marketplace and am still looking for other places to sell my merchandise. I had one piece that was missing a stone and the replacement arrived in the mail today. They answered my email promptly and only asked for pictures of the damaged item.

I've been calling your company number… I've been calling your company number for 5 days. I bought inventory and processed the payment. I got no confirmation number or order number. You guys don't answer emails or phone calls. You guys are a joke.
