Wish I could give ZERO STARS Wish I could give ZERO STARS. It's a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered my package, they sent bogus FedEx tracking number. When I checked the tracking on FedEx's website it showed the label had been created but a package was never dropped off to a delivery location. Lost Loots stopped responding to me after about a month. No refund received and no package received.

I’ve ordered twice I’ve ordered twice. Great to do resale or just to get some surprise goodies. I’ve considered ordering a box for each family member for Christmas to open and see what they get. Fast shipping is the plus! Customer service is great too, these Guys respond quickly to any questions you may have.

Zero Stars is more appropriate If there was a 0 star option that’s what I would select. Ordered in November, received tracking number. Never received, no updated tracking info. Every time I messaged I’m repeatedly told next shipment coming! Absolute SCAM!!
