GBNo customer support I have been trying to contact you guys for a week now. I ordered two beanies, each with a planchette on it, and the black one is just a plain beanie. I’ve emailed you photos, I’ve called your phone number, I’ve used your live support on your website, I haven’t heard anything back and I’m really frustrated. I just want the product that I paid for.
