Overall a great platform. The process can take some time, but it's always working for me and they always process the refund to my paypal when requested. Customer Service via FB Messenger is helpful too, they have helped solve a few issues.

Paid within 48 hours, quick customer service responses, great products that usually were better than the popular best sellers. Very fair customer service. I love their website and am sad to see less products now, maybe because of less sellers posting. The only con for me was Amazon sometimes deleting a review.

I purchased products, did the reports they requested, waited the required time, posted my reviews-I followed every single instruction as it was posted and I have yet to get any sort of refund.
