GBSo far so good except your customer service phone number. I was very pleased on how quickly I received my deliveries and the quality of the items I purchased. I will make additional purchases in the future. The only thing I would work on is your customer service number as it was unaccessible and I was not able to get the line to go through and I was not able to reach a live person. So I did contact you through email and you were very prompt with your reply so thank you. Please Fix your phone number.

GBDon’t but anything from this company Don’t but anything from this company! They will send you a defective product then refuse to answer your emails to return for a refund. The only phone number listed on their website instructs you to email them! I’m contacting consumer protection to report this shaddy company!

GBNot sure if I got a new one or not I bought this from WalMart.com. It came as loose components in a padded envelope. It did not come in manufacturer's packaging. No quick start guide was included. The address it came from said "Return Center, in Flushing, NY" I sent a note to the seller through Walmart.com inquiring about all of this and heard nothing back after a week (a 2 day response was promised). I don't know if I was sold a new product or a refurb since it didn't come in manufacturer packaging or include a quick start guide that the manufacturer claims is in the box of a new one.

GBI ordered a phone from there and… I ordered a phone from there and canceled it the next day then I got an email immediately saying I would get my refund in 2 to 3 business days now it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them I’ve called them multiple times and the voicemail system says to email them I’ve emailed them multiple times and no response I’ve even used the chat bot multiple times and still no response I highly suggest you stay away from this company because all they’re doing is trying to scam people to get money! Now I’m out almost $200 and I don’t know what to do please please please do not shop at terrific market.com they are the worst e-commerce site in the entire world!

GBTerrificmarket did an alright job of… Terrificmarket did an alright job of getting the order and mailing it to me. It took a bit longer than I would have liked and an extra day to boot. All in all it wasn't a bad experience, it was simply an experience. I received my product and I will order from them again.
