If i could give 0 stars i would the… If i could give 0 stars i would the WORSSSTTTT fraud company ever. Ordered their $20 turning fork and they charged me for that (coming from china still havent received its been 3 weeks) and then two weeks later they charged me 99.95 for a membership i never signed up for. This company is fraud and definitely preys off of people not checking their card statements, now have to cancel card, file dipute ect.

Ripping me off they signed me up for a membership without me knowing when I place an order last sept 2023. I called them today after retrieving info my taxes. Spoke with Ami she refuse to credit me, only offered coupons for future orders. I want my money back!!!

Tibetan bells re-sent free of charge! I ordered some Tibetan bells and salt lamps, sepately perhaps a day apart. Once the lamps arrived I realized that the bells should have come as well by now. So I looked into the parcel tracking and saw that it has been sent back to sender!? So, I wrote to them about this issue and they were super friendly and helpful at the Deep Origins, double checked my address and it was correct, so they just re-sent it free of charge! And bells arrived quickly and I was very impressed and happy. All and all, a great company. Will recommend to friends 💛☀️

Buyers beware…unauthorised monthly payments & more!! Buyers beware…like so many others I brought a gorgeous bracelet for a loved one and they have taken money out for the last three months. I had to go to the bank today (drive 100kms), block them, cancel my card etc!! I never authorised this, I am careful and not an idiot!! I can’t afford this guys & this is so immoral!! Shame on you…I want my money back yesterday. Call me? I am in Australia. Not happy guys!! I think it’s a scam, like others have said, they just hope you won’t notice¿¿ They have lovely things, but it’s just not worth the hassle!!!!
