What is an Amazon Mystery Box? Amazon Mystery Boxes is a trendsetting online store, offering premium quality mystery boxes that came right from our Amazon distributor, we sell them as we get them so they are as just as much of a mystery to you as they are to us. Each mystery box is different, but all of them are filled with items that are valued at more than the purchase price of the box. They are filled with mostly overstock items that are brand new, but some do have some returns. Just because you bought an Amazon Mystery Box from another company does not mean it is from US. AGAIN please check your order confirmation, check what company you made payment too. We do not ship outside of the United States nor will our website allow you to place an order if you have a address outside of the United States. I am going to try to simplify this for people if you order a coffee pot from Walmart and have a problem with it then you need to go to them not Kmart even though Kmart might sell that same coffee pot, or say Kmart is a scam because they sell the same thing. They are 2 separate company's. You can not order from the website if you live outside of the United States.
