Silence from customer services After some exchange of emails, I was offered my money back. However, customer services (ha ha), required me to return the item to a private address in the USA at my own expense. I find this very suspect. I emailed customer services asking how I can be sure that after sending my item back, they would actually refund my money. Still waiting for a reply for that one. It's very odd that another person with a complaint regarding the same item, was offered a full replacement of the fraudulent item at no cost to them.

I ordered the bracelet as per another… I ordered the bracelet as per another review. It is cheap metal from China and nothing like the advert. DO NOT buy from these people. Nor is it stamped. Complete and utter FRAUD
