GBI ordered what is called lighted door sills I ordered what is called lighted door sills for my sons 2019 VW Golf GTI. The only requisite for ordering is year make and model. I ordered the parts as per their instructions. They took 19 days to arrive directly from China. These were a christmas gift. When my son tried to install them they did not fit. Not even close. The car doors won't shut and no matter what we did they won't work. I tried to find a way to return but I was turned down as the (they say) 30 days has expired. They also stated the add for these items states the size of these parts. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Never do business with them if ytou expect the correct item and a refund policy that has a 30 day from receipt of the item not from purchase date

GBI purchased an item from LemonChik I purchased an item from LemonChik. They say on their website that they have a generous return policy. The item shipped to me from California. Their website has a Florida address for returns. I received a reply from them telling me that I need to return the item to Australia. I spent $40 for the item. It would cost over $60 to ship it to Australia. If they return it to me, I will throw it in the garbage an challenge the charges to my Visa card.

GBScammers don’t order from LemonChik.store 1. Company is not in the US 2. Company asks for more money before checkout.. to be placed to the beginning of the “line” and for “insurance and packaging “ 3. Took forever to arrive. 4. Arrived in the wrong color/pattern 5. Customer Support did nothing but blame me for ordering the wrong item, but I have screenshots of my order. 6. They have multiple colors you select the one you want it defaults to the original color after placing your order. They are scammers stay far away. I could have ordered the same item for half the price in the US on Amazon or from various other US locations. I will never order from them again.
