If there was a way to score "0" for my… If there was a way to score "0" for my recent experience with Myallfeet, that's what I would choose. I ordered size 10 Birkenstock clogs as a present to be delivered before Christmas 2022. The shoes arrived in mid-January and were wrapped in plastic (no shoe box). Although my kiddo consistently wears a size 10 women shoe, the Myallfeet Birkenstocks were too small. When I started to coordinate a shoe exchange, Myallfeet offered a $40 refund and said "keep the shoes." I sent the shoes back to China for an exchange. Postage costs were over $30. Myallfeet refused to accept the package and it was returned to me in July, 2023. I received the $40 credit for $158 shoes. This business is a scam. I will never order from it again.

I ordered a couple of pair of sneakers and they looked nothing like the picture and they are very poor quality. I tried to get a refund but the most they want to give me is 50% back and told me that I could keep them or give them to someone. I just want my money back because the sneakers look very bad like they will fall apart with a couple of uses.

confusing design of the website confusing design of the website. Rather difficult to follow. "contact us", returns you to the same page you were on with no further information to contact the company. Finding the company's email without being re-directed was a real challenge. Return instructions were rather cumbersome and confusing at best. It appeared that attempts to return the item (in my case wrong sized were sent) for a larger sized were actually discouraged. In all, my experience with their website was rather negative and to this date I do not know if my shoes are going to be replaced, any more than I know if they're going to respond to my request for a replacement.

A label on the package said “returns” and I returned it indicating the issue and requested a refund. I did receive a reply saying I shouldn’t have sent it there and provided a address in China.
