0 customer service support, over priced products I was unimpressive with the 2 boxes I received. So I emailed them repeatedly to cancel my subscription. They never did. So I had to cancel my card. They've been sending me emails and texts to update my payment info. I've again messaged them to cancel my subscription. I'm not receiving or paying for any more boxes. Yet they continue harassing me, months later. The products aren't worth the cost and the customer service is nonexistent. 0 stars DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE........ NOT WORTH THE HASSLE........ I thought it would be cute to order MOM & DAD Bump boxes for my Son & Daughter In Law's baby shower. As soon as I placed the order they charged my credit card, that was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my packages. A mouthy CSR Jessica told me once the box leaves them it is no longer their responsibility. I have NEVER in my life heard of such a practice! THE NERVE TO SAY THAT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER! REMEMBER WHERE YOU'D BE WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS! I contacted UPS that says the package isn't tracking properly so it needs to be found by filing a complaint which ONLY THE SENDER CAN DO!!! I AM THE RECEIVER JESSICA "Lead Customer Service"! I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY! Buy your own little gifts it's more personal. This place is a scam probably out of Jessica's basement.

Be careful Be careful, your subscription will auto renew at the end of the commitment period. So watch your account for money being drafted... because they will charge you every month for 3 years if you're not careful. The reviews of this company reflect the truth of customers experiences. This service is generally a nice gift and some of the items are cute and useful. Some boxes seem to be better than others and some products came without being sealed properly, such as vitamins. Also, there is a early cancelation penalty.

Caution Bump Box offers a great product. HOWEVER, my problem began when my 6 month subscription had ended. They continued to debit my card after the subscription period and after the baby was born. After several emails requesting the services to be terminated, I called the company to complain. I was told that you have to read the FINE PRINT. No matter which subscription period you choose, they will automatically renew you for a BitsyBox once your contract expires.( I initially read through all the info on the website and never saw this statement.) They refused to refund me the additional charges (even before the box was mailed). Just be aware what you are entering into.

I didn't know what to expect in my box… I didn't know what to expect in my box past my add on's. But what I got as a suprise was a lot of things I didn't think about needing and is adding a unexpected relaxation element to my first pregnancy. And I'm super grateful for it!
