There is no option on the phone to talk to anyone and they refuse to call when you request. I completed an insurance authorization for a breast pump. The website then said they will be in touch to let me know next steps. I did not receive anything from bumpbox and never completed an order. After a few days I completed an order through another company for another pump abd received it. While in the hospital I get another pump, from bump box. I reach out to tell them there has been a mistake and I have not placed this order and the pump needs to be returned. The agent insists I need to pay an ach fee of $15 to return it which is very highly questionable since I did not place an order or receive confirmation. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Poor website set up. Poor return policy. All around Poor poor poor. Debating submitting the account to my insurance and carrier as fraud.

They had some nice monthly surprises and good brief articles sent to us weekly that aligned with my wife’s experiences. It was always nice to say “Yea I’m going through this exact thing”. A few of the products were a little bit of a letdown - and one box of prenatals that was sent to us were expired. We didn’t use them anyway, we always had our own, but still. Our disappointment was on the cancellation portion. Because we had our baby at 38.5 weeks, we didn’t need our last box and were charged $25 early cancellation fees. They offered to send us post baby boxes but we weren’t interested. It’s fun and we would subscribe again, just really annoyed at the cancellation fee and expired prenatal.

These sneaky subscription companies… These sneaky subscription companies give the appearance of a set monthly subscription plan, and then continue to charge you until you have to cancel. Imagine how much more money they make by charging each and every additional customer an extra month of a monthly charge. It's a scam and I hate these companies because of it. Read the fine print, they suck.

Be careful Be careful, your subscription will auto renew at the end of the commitment period. So watch your account for money being drafted... because they will charge you every month for 3 years if you're not careful. The reviews of this company reflect the truth of customers experiences. This service is generally a nice gift and some of the items are cute and useful. Some boxes seem to be better than others and some products came without being sealed properly, such as vitamins. Also, there is a early cancelation penalty.

Received 2 boxes Received 2 boxes. First one was great except the natural deodorant smelled so strong and so bad. For a pregnant person that smells better it was aweful. The second box I got morning sickness drink things it was like a sample only 3 a water bottle that was dollar store material. It just didn't seem worth $40 definitely priced everything high and it barley added up to what you spend on the box. If the next one comes like that I will 100% cancel. I like the boxes bc you usually get more the. The price you pay for the box taking the chance some might not be exactly useful for you but when. It seems like I am overpaying for stuff that's not worth it I won't continue
