This service is generally a nice gift and some of the items are cute and useful. Some boxes seem to be better than others and some products came without being sealed properly, such as vitamins. Also, there is a early cancelation penalty.

A little disappointed this time around… A little disappointed this time around although every other time I’ve had a good experience. One item was out of stock after I purchased so they removed it from my order, one item was the incorrect color that I ordered, and one came slightly damaged.

Caution Bump Box offers a great product. HOWEVER, my problem began when my 6 month subscription had ended. They continued to debit my card after the subscription period and after the baby was born. After several emails requesting the services to be terminated, I called the company to complain. I was told that you have to read the FINE PRINT. No matter which subscription period you choose, they will automatically renew you for a BitsyBox once your contract expires.( I initially read through all the info on the website and never saw this statement.) They refused to refund me the additional charges (even before the box was mailed). Just be aware what you are entering into.

These are a ripoff These are a ripoff. Got my wife a 6-month subscription for the 2nd and 3rd trimester and we got maybe 3-4 useful items across all the boxes we got. Didn't know the subscription auto-renewed so ended up paying for 2 additional months of worthless boxes. Great idea but just not worth the $.

Received 2 boxes Received 2 boxes. First one was great except the natural deodorant smelled so strong and so bad. For a pregnant person that smells better it was aweful. The second box I got morning sickness drink things it was like a sample only 3 a water bottle that was dollar store material. It just didn't seem worth $40 definitely priced everything high and it barley added up to what you spend on the box. If the next one comes like that I will 100% cancel. I like the boxes bc you usually get more the. The price you pay for the box taking the chance some might not be exactly useful for you but when. It seems like I am overpaying for stuff that's not worth it I won't continue
