Difficult to cancel subscription I ordered a 12 month subscription for my sister after I found out I would be an auntie! The products were decent. Some she really enjoyed, some she didn't really care for. The reason for the 3 star review is the immense difficulty with the process of cancelling the subscription. The subscription automatically renews on a month to month basis after the contract you sign up for is complete. (They do tell you this when you sign up). However, to cancel it involved phone calls and multiple emails. For the last 4 months I thought I had completed the process, but continued to be charged for the boxes. I am hoping this month I was successful. Fingers crossed.

Be careful Be careful, your subscription will auto renew at the end of the commitment period. So watch your account for money being drafted... because they will charge you every month for 3 years if you're not careful. The reviews of this company reflect the truth of customers experiences. This service is generally a nice gift and some of the items are cute and useful. Some boxes seem to be better than others and some products came without being sealed properly, such as vitamins. Also, there is a early cancelation penalty.

Not a good subscription I've received several items that contain ingredients that aren't proven safe to use during pregnancy. The most recent item being herbal tea that contains camomile, which is not recommended for pregnant women. Other items I've found are pretty cheap and useless. Not worth the money.

I have been trying to cancel my bump… I have been trying to cancel my bump box since the second box! They do not reply nor answer the phone ! They keep taking money out my account and it’s no way to cancel! This is a scam and I do not recommend. Someone needs to reach out to me asap!! These are a ripoff These are a ripoff. Got my wife a 6-month subscription for the 2nd and 3rd trimester and we got maybe 3-4 useful items across all the boxes we got. Didn't know the subscription auto-renewed so ended up paying for 2 additional months of worthless boxes. Great idea but just not worth the $.
