Cancelation fee's and low end products I don't think the products are up to a decent standard, but most of all, when I wanted to cancel early, there was a 25$ fee to cancel early. Not only were we dealing with a baby coming way early, but now a fee to cancel something we did not care for, and at this time they can't meet my needs for a baby born so early, so they charge me a fee. DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS, IT'S A RIP OFF

I have been trying to cancel my bump… I have been trying to cancel my bump box since the second box! They do not reply nor answer the phone ! They keep taking money out my account and it’s no way to cancel! This is a scam and I do not recommend. Someone needs to reach out to me asap!! Low Integrity Still waiting for my first box, but realizing I may have jumped the gun on the entire subscription (only 5 weeks along, terrified of miscarriage), I tried to cancel. GOODLUCK ya'll. $25 fee attached and the will offer you a million other options before allowing you to cancel. Every other subscription box I've gotten has an option under "my account" somewhere that allows you to just click a button and cancel - but when it comes to these guys you have to talk to a live person. It's super scammy to me - and sucks because if you do miscarry you may still have to receive these boxes full of reminders that you almost had a baby. Crap company - I would definitely recommend another baby box

Received 2 boxes Received 2 boxes. First one was great except the natural deodorant smelled so strong and so bad. For a pregnant person that smells better it was aweful. The second box I got morning sickness drink things it was like a sample only 3 a water bottle that was dollar store material. It just didn't seem worth $40 definitely priced everything high and it barley added up to what you spend on the box. If the next one comes like that I will 100% cancel. I like the boxes bc you usually get more the. The price you pay for the box taking the chance some might not be exactly useful for you but when. It seems like I am overpaying for stuff that's not worth it I won't continue

These sneaky subscription companies… These sneaky subscription companies give the appearance of a set monthly subscription plan, and then continue to charge you until you have to cancel. Imagine how much more money they make by charging each and every additional customer an extra month of a monthly charge. It's a scam and I hate these companies because of it. Read the fine print, they suck.
