I have been trying to cancel my bump… I have been trying to cancel my bump box since the second box! They do not reply nor answer the phone ! They keep taking money out my account and it’s no way to cancel! This is a scam and I do not recommend. Someone needs to reach out to me asap!! Highly disappointed because so many ppl ask me about you guys

I received my second box I received my first box, and was happy with what I received, It included face wash, toner, dry shampoo, as well as some gummy vitamins, a cup that says MAMA on it, and some tracker signs. All things I will probably use. I just received my second box today, and there is just no way this is worth $40... I received another water bottle that looks fairly cheap like maybe $5, the same exact gummies they sent me in the last box... I don't need 2 of the exact same thing 2 weeks apart, some ginger snack crackers that look pretty gross actually, and a felt letter board which is cute. but that was it..., how is that worth $40, I bet in total its like $20 worth of stuff. I'll have to see how the 3rd box is but was disappointed with this one.

These sneaky subscription companies… These sneaky subscription companies give the appearance of a set monthly subscription plan, and then continue to charge you until you have to cancel. Imagine how much more money they make by charging each and every additional customer an extra month of a monthly charge. It's a scam and I hate these companies because of it. Read the fine print, they suck.

A little disappointed this time around… A little disappointed this time around although every other time I’ve had a good experience. One item was out of stock after I purchased so they removed it from my order, one item was the incorrect color that I ordered, and one came slightly damaged.

These are a ripoff These are a ripoff. Got my wife a 6-month subscription for the 2nd and 3rd trimester and we got maybe 3-4 useful items across all the boxes we got. Didn't know the subscription auto-renewed so ended up paying for 2 additional months of worthless boxes. Great idea but just not worth the $.
