So watch your account for money being drafted... because they will charge you every month for 3 years if you're not careful. The reviews of this company reflect the truth of customers experiences. This service is generally a nice gift and some of the items are cute and useful. Some boxes seem to be better than others and some products came without being sealed properly, such as vitamins. Also, there is a early cancelation penalty.

I love the items that I got with bump… I love the items that I got with bump box but unfortunately I am not making money anymore. I am unemployed and literally BROKE and I’ve tried to reach out numerous times for you guys to cancel my subscription and I keep getting emails that you guys are trying to process a payment and it’s declining. It’s declining because I have no money at all. Like none. I literally have zero dollars. I can’t even afford to pay for the early cancellation fee. Please please PLEASE cancel my subscription. I have no money to give you guys anymore.

Poor policies, be careful what you click Currently going back and forth with a "customer service agent" via email. There is no option on the phone to talk to anyone and they refuse to call when you request. I completed an insurance authorization for a breast pump. The website then said they will be in touch to let me know next steps. I did not receive anything from bumpbox and never completed an order. After a few days I completed an order through another company for another pump abd received it. While in the hospital I get another pump, from bump box. I reach out to tell them there has been a mistake and I have not placed this order and the pump needs to be returned. The agent insists I need to pay an ach fee of $15 to return it which is very highly questionable since I did not place an order or receive confirmation. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Poor website set up. Poor return policy. All around Poor poor poor. Debating submitting the account to my insurance and carrier as fraud.

Difficult to cancel subscription I ordered a 12 month subscription for my sister after I found out I would be an auntie! The products were decent. Some she really enjoyed, some she didn't really care for. The reason for the 3 star review is the immense difficulty with the process of cancelling the subscription. The subscription automatically renews on a month to month basis after the contract you sign up for is complete. (They do tell you this when you sign up). However, to cancel it involved phone calls and multiple emails. For the last 4 months I thought I had completed the process, but continued to be charged for the boxes. I am hoping this month I was successful. Fingers crossed.

A little disappointed this time around… A little disappointed this time around although every other time I’ve had a good experience. One item was out of stock after I purchased so they removed it from my order, one item was the incorrect color that I ordered, and one came slightly damaged.
