A little disappointed this time around… A little disappointed this time around although every other time I’ve had a good experience. One item was out of stock after I purchased so they removed it from my order, one item was the incorrect color that I ordered, and one came slightly damaged.

Caution Bump Box offers a great product. HOWEVER, my problem began when my 6 month subscription had ended. They continued to debit my card after the subscription period and after the baby was born. After several emails requesting the services to be terminated, I called the company to complain. I was told that you have to read the FINE PRINT. No matter which subscription period you choose, they will automatically renew you for a BitsyBox once your contract expires.( I initially read through all the info on the website and never saw this statement.) They refused to refund me the additional charges (even before the box was mailed). Just be aware what you are entering into.

Auto Rwnewal Be mighty careful! They do not tell you the subscription automatically renews and they don't give a heads up you're about to renew. You just get an invoice when the 7th box is sent!

I have been trying to cancel my bump… I have been trying to cancel my bump box since the second box! They do not reply nor answer the phone ! They keep taking money out my account and it’s no way to cancel! This is a scam and I do not recommend. Someone needs to reach out to me asap!! I love the items that I got with bump… I love the items that I got with bump box but unfortunately I am not making money anymore. I am unemployed and literally BROKE and I’ve tried to reach out numerous times for you guys to cancel my subscription and I keep getting emails that you guys are trying to process a payment and it’s declining. It’s declining because I have no money at all. Like none. I literally have zero dollars. I can’t even afford to pay for the early cancellation fee. Please please PLEASE cancel my subscription. I have no money to give you guys anymore.
