NOT WORTH THE HASSLE........ NOT WORTH THE HASSLE........ I thought it would be cute to order MOM & DAD Bump boxes for my Son & Daughter In Law's baby shower. As soon as I placed the order they charged my credit card, that was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my packages. A mouthy CSR Jessica told me once the box leaves them it is no longer their responsibility. I have NEVER in my life heard of such a practice! THE NERVE TO SAY THAT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER! REMEMBER WHERE YOU'D BE WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS! I contacted UPS that says the package isn't tracking properly so it needs to be found by filing a complaint which ONLY THE SENDER CAN DO!!! I AM THE RECEIVER JESSICA "Lead Customer Service"! I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY! Buy your own little gifts it's more personal. This place is a scam probably out of Jessica's basement.

I have been trying to cancel my bump… I have been trying to cancel my bump box since the second box! They do not reply nor answer the phone ! They keep taking money out my account and it’s no way to cancel! This is a scam and I do not recommend. Someone needs to reach out to me asap!! Received 2 boxes Received 2 boxes. First one was great except the natural deodorant smelled so strong and so bad. For a pregnant person that smells better it was aweful. The second box I got morning sickness drink things it was like a sample only 3 a water bottle that was dollar store material. It just didn't seem worth $40 definitely priced everything high and it barley added up to what you spend on the box. If the next one comes like that I will 100% cancel. I like the boxes bc you usually get more the. The price you pay for the box taking the chance some might not be exactly useful for you but when. It seems like I am overpaying for stuff that's not worth it I won't continue

So watch your account for money being drafted... because they will charge you every month for 3 years if you're not careful. The reviews of this company reflect the truth of customers experiences. This service is generally a nice gift and some of the items are cute and useful. Some boxes seem to be better than others and some products came without being sealed properly, such as vitamins. Also, there is a early cancelation penalty.
