They took my card value and I got nothing Tried to trade my starbucks card and never received anything but the money on the card is gone. I hope they are shut down.

I gave them my Xbox gift card on Sunday… I gave them my Xbox gift card on Sunday 3/31. The card has been used & has a 0 balance now. I haven’t received payment or any type of communication or credit. They’re not available in the chat, and they haven’t responded to my emails. I want MY money! Do the right thing…please. I’ll change my rating if they give me my money. It shouldn’t have come to this.

Gave them the information for my $500… Gave them the information for my $500 Amex Gift Card on March 29th. As of today, I still have not received ANY money, the gift card has a $0 balance because someone (I'm guessing with GC Ninjas) used it to make an online purchase on April 5, 2024 at Sam's Club, and their website is down. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE. (Note: I will revise this if I actually get any money from them).

150 apple gift ,10 days later and I'm still waiting on them I gave them the 150.00 card info over a week ago I got an email and didn't get the 8 hrs one,I did get another one after sending the a chat,1 st they said they're waiting on the buyer then a few days later they tellev the money is safe and in escrow and that I will have it today 4/5/24 ,and I don't have my money,this is about 10 days now,I sent them an email and no response,I just tried to pull up their website and both times my screen was blank. Every time I heard from them was a response to me reaching out to them. Here it is 9 or 10 days later and I still don't have my money
