GBGive them a chance. Was a little weary after reading the reviews (did not read the reviews until after placing an order). Took a chance and it was a great experience. Antonio and Tre responded to all my questions right away. Even their instagram page was active and responded to my DM's right away. I even received my order earlier than expected. Product was real and authentic. I also found a new store thanks to thedrop. I can understand the negative reviews, but you are at the mercy of the companies working with thedrop. If those companies drop the ball and are unresponsive you will suffer. I am thankful the company that worked with thedrop on my order was responsive and fast. Give them a chance.

GBNo refund recieved my order didnt fit . returned and never got a refund 60 dollars gone ! i talked to Mckayla which is a liar said the refund system was down for two weeks and then still no refund . even sent me a bogus invoice and still no refund ! they are terrible do not order !

GBBlatant disregard of FTC compliance… From what I've seen and believe to be correct, this company absolutely acts in disregard of rules and laws supplied by the FTC. For this reason I have reported it to FTC and it's .Gov affiliates. There is no question in my mind they act intentionally, and manisciuosly to lie and deceive customers. One happy customer,(which is easy to fake) out of 8 is obvious to me. Just sad. Just do business as you should. Takes more work to lie and cheat then to be honest.

GBStay away, Fraudulent company Ordered from thedrop and returned the goods purchased, 2 pair of shorts, 98.00 in total. Sent the product back to the original boutique shop on my own dime. Emailed Makayla several times before sending product back but never received my refund. Emails to the boutique shop and the Drop explaining the situation did not lead to resolution. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded to that complaint.

GBMost inconvenient company ever Literally ordered my items almost three weeks ago to date. Customer service is near non existent. Emailed and chatted and also called multiple times about three skate boards I ordered. I got one board but still haven’t got my two other ones smh. Got a email saying they are behind so it will be another 7-10 business days. It’s been longer than that. Knew I should’ve went with my gut instance and ordered else where.
