I ordered 10 days ago I ordered 10 days ago. yet order is still awaiting shipment. I called and no one is ever available. I've messaged them from inside the account and got no answer. I've been requesting a refund and no response. Next step is better business bureau. Not providing product after a sale is theft!

Fantastic Service I was hesitant to order from The Drop after reading negative reviews; however, I had a fantastic experience. I ordered discontinued Nikes and received them within a week from a retailer. They are perfect!! Thank you and I will order from you again in the future.

Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible! Ordered a shirt for my son and it’s so big two of him could fit and they won’t exchange because it’s been 15days. It was a CHRISTMAS present , what was I suppose to do order get it, let him try it on, and then give it to him for Christmas Never will I order again

DON’T BUY DON’T BUY. COMPLETE SCAM! This place is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of shorts more than two months ago. Still haven’t received them. When I reached out, I was hung up on repeatedly. Reached out via email and received a response that the company was essentially a middleman for other manufacturers and could not do anything to ensure delivery of my order. They have my money whereas I received nothing from them.
