Fantastic Service I was hesitant to order from The Drop after reading negative reviews; however, I had a fantastic experience. I ordered discontinued Nikes and received them within a week from a retailer. They are perfect!! Thank you and I will order from you again in the future.

Scam...BEWARE Scam...Ordered a Hoodie and waited weeks. It never came so I emailed this company. The response I got was that their inventory was incorrect and they would be refunding my credit card. Still waiting for my refund and sent emails asking about my refund..Reported to my credit card, getting my money back. BEWARE**

By far my worst online shopping… By far my worst online shopping experience to date. I've tried to call, message and email many times to cancel my order (120.00 dollars hasn't shipped in 8 days). No way to contact them so I literally got robbed by someone on the internet. Do not spend money with these literal thieves. They also blocked me on Instagram because I asked about my order on a public post. So upsetting.

No refund recieved my order didnt fit . returned and never got a refund 60 dollars gone ! i talked to Mckayla which is a liar said the refund system was down for two weeks and then still no refund . even sent me a bogus invoice and still no refund ! they are terrible do not order !
