No refund recieved my order didnt fit . returned and never got a refund 60 dollars gone ! i talked to Mckayla which is a liar said the refund system was down for two weeks and then still no refund . even sent me a bogus invoice and still no refund ! they are terrible do not order !

They never answer their customer… They never answer their customer service phone number, they are not official retailers for the brands they market nor do they keep these products they promoted in stock they just drop ship from friends shops and brands they are in contact with. The owner lives in Las Vegas but nobody in Las Vegas knows of this brand or person, there are talk of another The Drop in Las Vegas but they are not connected with each other

Blatant disregard of FTC compliance… From what I've seen and believe to be correct, this company absolutely acts in disregard of rules and laws supplied by the FTC. For this reason I have reported it to FTC and it's .Gov affiliates. There is no question in my mind they act intentionally, and manisciuosly to lie and deceive customers. One happy customer,(which is easy to fake) out of 8 is obvious to me. Just sad. Just do business as you should. Takes more work to lie and cheat then to be honest.

Scam...BEWARE Scam...Ordered a Hoodie and waited weeks. It never came so I emailed this company. The response I got was that their inventory was incorrect and they would be refunding my credit card. Still waiting for my refund and sent emails asking about my refund..Reported to my credit card, getting my money back. BEWARE**

I ordered 10 days ago I ordered 10 days ago. yet order is still awaiting shipment. I called and no one is ever available. I've messaged them from inside the account and got no answer. I've been requesting a refund and no response. Next step is better business bureau. Not providing product after a sale is theft!
