Most inconvenient company ever Literally ordered my items almost three weeks ago to date. Customer service is near non existent. Emailed and chatted and also called multiple times about three skate boards I ordered. I got one board but still haven’t got my two other ones smh. Got a email saying they are behind so it will be another 7-10 business days. It’s been longer than that. Knew I should’ve went with my gut instance and ordered else where.

DON’T BUY DON’T BUY. COMPLETE SCAM! This place is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of shorts more than two months ago. Still haven’t received them. When I reached out, I was hung up on repeatedly. Reached out via email and received a response that the company was essentially a middleman for other manufacturers and could not do anything to ensure delivery of my order. They have my money whereas I received nothing from them.

Well done The Drop! I was a little hesitant to order after seeing the reviews but decided to give it a shot and it was worth it for for sure. I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. Well done TheDrop.com, you will have my business in the future for sure!

Scam After taking my money, nearly a week went by with no updates to the order I placed, so I emailed customer service. They never emailed me back. So I called the customer service number. It's out of service. They didn't respond until I filed a complaint with my bank and the bbb. When they finally contacted me, they explained that items take a full 10 business days to ship, and another week to deliver. So if you choose to purchase something, be ready to hold your breath for a full month and hope to god your item arrives as promised. And they will go ahead and take your money up front, so bear that in mind. I cancelled my order and was told that it would take "several days" to get my money back. We'll see I guess.

Blatant disregard of FTC compliance… From what I've seen and believe to be correct, this company absolutely acts in disregard of rules and laws supplied by the FTC. For this reason I have reported it to FTC and it's .Gov affiliates. There is no question in my mind they act intentionally, and manisciuosly to lie and deceive customers. One happy customer,(which is easy to fake) out of 8 is obvious to me. Just sad. Just do business as you should. Takes more work to lie and cheat then to be honest.
