GBThey never answer their customer… They never answer their customer service phone number, they are not official retailers for the brands they market nor do they keep these products they promoted in stock they just drop ship from friends shops and brands they are in contact with. The owner lives in Las Vegas but nobody in Las Vegas knows of this brand or person, there are talk of another The Drop in Las Vegas but they are not connected with each other

GBAbsolutely terrible Absolutely terrible! Ordered a shirt for my son and it’s so big two of him could fit and they won’t exchange because it’s been 15days. It was a CHRISTMAS present , what was I suppose to do order get it, let him try it on, and then give it to him for Christmas Never will I order again

GBGive them a chance. Was a little weary after reading the reviews (did not read the reviews until after placing an order). Took a chance and it was a great experience. Antonio and Tre responded to all my questions right away. Even their instagram page was active and responded to my DM's right away. I even received my order earlier than expected. Product was real and authentic. I also found a new store thanks to thedrop. I can understand the negative reviews, but you are at the mercy of the companies working with thedrop. If those companies drop the ball and are unresponsive you will suffer. I am thankful the company that worked with thedrop on my order was responsive and fast. Give them a chance.

GBWell done The Drop! I was a little hesitant to order after seeing the reviews but decided to give it a shot and it was worth it for for sure. I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. Well done TheDrop.com, you will have my business in the future for sure!

GBBy far my worst online shopping… By far my worst online shopping experience to date. I've tried to call, message and email many times to cancel my order (120.00 dollars hasn't shipped in 8 days). No way to contact them so I literally got robbed by someone on the internet. Do not spend money with these literal thieves. They also blocked me on Instagram because I asked about my order on a public post. So upsetting.
