I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. I love this online store I love this online store. I've bought a lot of skate stuff like decks, bearings, and whatnot. Shipping sometimes can be slow but most of the time it's within a couple of days to me in Florida. Customer support is great.

Scam...BEWARE Scam...Ordered a Hoodie and waited weeks. It never came so I emailed this company. The response I got was that their inventory was incorrect and they would be refunding my credit card. Still waiting for my refund and sent emails asking about my refund..Reported to my credit card, getting my money back. BEWARE**

I ordered 10 days ago I ordered 10 days ago. yet order is still awaiting shipment. I called and no one is ever available. I've messaged them from inside the account and got no answer. I've been requesting a refund and no response. Next step is better business bureau. Not providing product after a sale is theft!
