Give them a chance. Was a little weary after reading the reviews (did not read the reviews until after placing an order). Took a chance and it was a great experience. Antonio and Tre responded to all my questions right away. Even their instagram page was active and responded to my DM's right away. I even received my order earlier than expected. Product was real and authentic. I also found a new store thanks to thedrop. I can understand the negative reviews, but you are at the mercy of the companies working with thedrop. If those companies drop the ball and are unresponsive you will suffer. I am thankful the company that worked with thedrop on my order was responsive and fast. Give them a chance.

If I could give the a zero I would If I could give the a zero I would, customer service from"Antonio" is absolutely trash, the company is fake and doesn't ship your product.. you would have better luck going to casino with a chance of getting something in return or just light your money on fire , same thing if you order from this sham of a company

Thedrop.com sold me low quality product… Thedrop.com sold me low quality product which was expensive and it didn't even last a week. They did not honor the warranty, exchange or refund policy.

By far my worst online shopping… By far my worst online shopping experience to date. I've tried to call, message and email many times to cancel my order (120.00 dollars hasn't shipped in 8 days). No way to contact them so I literally got robbed by someone on the internet. Do not spend money with these literal thieves. They also blocked me on Instagram because I asked about my order on a public post. So upsetting.

I ordered 10 days ago I ordered 10 days ago. yet order is still awaiting shipment. I called and no one is ever available. I've messaged them from inside the account and got no answer. I've been requesting a refund and no response. Next step is better business bureau. Not providing product after a sale is theft!
