GBThedrop.com sold me low quality product… Thedrop.com sold me low quality product which was expensive and it didn't even last a week. They did not honor the warranty, exchange or refund policy.

GBNo refund recieved my order didnt fit . returned and never got a refund 60 dollars gone ! i talked to Mckayla which is a liar said the refund system was down for two weeks and then still no refund . even sent me a bogus invoice and still no refund ! they are terrible do not order !

CAIf I could give the a zero I would If I could give the a zero I would, customer service from"Antonio" is absolutely trash, the company is fake and doesn't ship your product.. you would have better luck going to casino with a chance of getting something in return or just light your money on fire , same thing if you order from this sham of a company

GBWell done The Drop! I was a little hesitant to order after seeing the reviews but decided to give it a shot and it was worth it for for sure. I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. Well done TheDrop.com, you will have my business in the future for sure!

GBFantastic Service I was hesitant to order from The Drop after reading negative reviews; however, I had a fantastic experience. I ordered discontinued Nikes and received them within a week from a retailer. They are perfect!! Thank you and I will order from you again in the future.
