Blatant disregard of FTC compliance… From what I've seen and believe to be correct, this company absolutely acts in disregard of rules and laws supplied by the FTC. For this reason I have reported it to FTC and it's .Gov affiliates. There is no question in my mind they act intentionally, and manisciuosly to lie and deceive customers. One happy customer,(which is easy to fake) out of 8 is obvious to me. Just sad. Just do business as you should. Takes more work to lie and cheat then to be honest.

Fantastic Service I was hesitant to order from The Drop after reading negative reviews; however, I had a fantastic experience. I ordered discontinued Nikes and received them within a week from a retailer. They are perfect!! Thank you and I will order from you again in the future.

Most inconvenient company ever Literally ordered my items almost three weeks ago to date. Customer service is near non existent. Emailed and chatted and also called multiple times about three skate boards I ordered. I got one board but still haven’t got my two other ones smh. Got a email saying they are behind so it will be another 7-10 business days. It’s been longer than that. Knew I should’ve went with my gut instance and ordered else where.

Dope new brands n service Best selection of new brands I ever seen. Mckayla in customer service gave some great advice on how a brand fit that I liked but didn't know. Ima keep checkin for new drops. Yes sir!

DON’T BUY DON’T BUY. COMPLETE SCAM! This place is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of shorts more than two months ago. Still haven’t received them. When I reached out, I was hung up on repeatedly. Reached out via email and received a response that the company was essentially a middleman for other manufacturers and could not do anything to ensure delivery of my order. They have my money whereas I received nothing from them.
