Most inconvenient company ever Literally ordered my items almost three weeks ago to date. Customer service is near non existent. Emailed and chatted and also called multiple times about three skate boards I ordered. I got one board but still haven’t got my two other ones smh. Got a email saying they are behind so it will be another 7-10 business days. It’s been longer than that. Knew I should’ve went with my gut instance and ordered else where.

I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. I ordered 10 days ago I ordered 10 days ago. yet order is still awaiting shipment. I called and no one is ever available. I've messaged them from inside the account and got no answer. I've been requesting a refund and no response. Next step is better business bureau. Not providing product after a sale is theft!
