They never answer their customer… They never answer their customer service phone number, they are not official retailers for the brands they market nor do they keep these products they promoted in stock they just drop ship from friends shops and brands they are in contact with. The owner lives in Las Vegas but nobody in Las Vegas knows of this brand or person, there are talk of another The Drop in Las Vegas but they are not connected with each other

It was a CHRISTMAS present , what was I suppose to do order get it, let him try it on, and then give it to him for Christmas Never will I order again
