No refund recieved my order didnt fit . returned and never got a refund 60 dollars gone ! i talked to Mckayla which is a liar said the refund system was down for two weeks and then still no refund . even sent me a bogus invoice and still no refund ! they are terrible do not order !

Well done The Drop! I was a little hesitant to order after seeing the reviews but decided to give it a shot and it was worth it for for sure. I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. DON’T BUY DON’T BUY. COMPLETE SCAM! This place is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of shorts more than two months ago. Still haven’t received them. When I reached out, I was hung up on repeatedly. Reached out via email and received a response that the company was essentially a middleman for other manufacturers and could not do anything to ensure delivery of my order. They have my money whereas I received nothing from them.

I love this online store I love this online store. I've bought a lot of skate stuff like decks, bearings, and whatnot. Shipping sometimes can be slow but most of the time it's within a couple of days to me in Florida. Customer support is great.
