GBWell done The Drop! I was a little hesitant to order after seeing the reviews but decided to give it a shot and it was worth it for for sure. I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. Well done TheDrop.com, you will have my business in the future for sure!

GBDON’T BUY DON’T BUY. COMPLETE SCAM! This place is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of shorts more than two months ago. Still haven’t received them. When I reached out, I was hung up on repeatedly. Reached out via email and received a response that the company was essentially a middleman for other manufacturers and could not do anything to ensure delivery of my order. They have my money whereas I received nothing from them.

GBI ordered 10 days ago I ordered 10 days ago. yet order is still awaiting shipment. I called and no one is ever available. I've messaged them from inside the account and got no answer. I've been requesting a refund and no response. Next step is better business bureau. Not providing product after a sale is theft!

GBMost inconvenient company ever Literally ordered my items almost three weeks ago to date. Customer service is near non existent. Emailed and chatted and also called multiple times about three skate boards I ordered. I got one board but still haven’t got my two other ones smh. Got a email saying they are behind so it will be another 7-10 business days. It’s been longer than that. Knew I should’ve went with my gut instance and ordered else where.

GBStay away, Fraudulent company Ordered from thedrop and returned the goods purchased, 2 pair of shorts, 98.00 in total. Sent the product back to the original boutique shop on my own dime. Emailed Makayla several times before sending product back but never received my refund. Emails to the boutique shop and the Drop explaining the situation did not lead to resolution. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded to that complaint.
