I placed a simple order back in August… I placed a simple order back in August for earrings and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.

TERRIBLE. 1 star because I need to select a star. Otherwise would be a 0. Terrible. Do not buy, total scam. Bought gift for a friend back in September & still getting charges at weird hours in the night so never realized till months later. Never authorized this, they don't have a customer service line & completely unable to cancel. Save your money & the stress. Companies like this are a complete disappointment. Bee Mission, if you see this know that I hope you enjoyed the money you did not deserve for 4 months but you will not be getting anymore! Get a real job instead of scamming people

I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system. However, I found it very unfair that the presence of customs and accessories shipping costs for shipments outside the USA are not reported at the time of purchase but only if they are actively searching in the menu. Especially since these costs were 30% of the total...

I ordered a necklace on the 5th of… I ordered a necklace on the 5th of December (151355) and then contacted you guys after not receiving any shipping information after almost a week. You said there was delays due to demand and that it should be resolved within 2 days. It’s been 5 days since that email? I ordered this necklace for a Christmas gift and I don’t mind if it’s late but I just want to if I’m even going to receive it at all.
