I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.

You said there was delays due to demand and that it should be resolved within 2 days. It’s been 5 days since that email? I ordered this necklace for a Christmas gift and I don’t mind if it’s late but I just want to if I’m even going to receive it at all.

Little dissapointed Guys, I reall love your mission to help the bees, its really really important we save them, and for that, you have all my support! But as for the merch...I ordered bee silver-gold necklace in december 2019 and the golden paint is already peeled off!! I pay attention to my jewellery, so I always put it down before showering or going to bed, and I am careful with perfumes and body lotions as well. So you should probably work on that, if you want to preserve your customers.

I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system. TERRIBLE. 1 star because I need to select a star. Otherwise would be a 0. Terrible. Do not buy, total scam. Bought gift for a friend back in September & still getting charges at weird hours in the night so never realized till months later. Never authorized this, they don't have a customer service line & completely unable to cancel. Save your money & the stress. Companies like this are a complete disappointment. Bee Mission, if you see this know that I hope you enjoyed the money you did not deserve for 4 months but you will not be getting anymore! Get a real job instead of scamming people
