This has been my worst online shopping… This has been my worst online shopping experience. The sweatshirt I received was not at all like the one pictured - color was a different green, black lettering instead of white - cheap fabric - and fit was so wrong. I ordered large, but may have to regift to someone who wears a small. And it took forever to get! This is my first public review, but had to share to help others.

Little dissapointed Guys, I reall love your mission to help the bees, its really really important we save them, and for that, you have all my support! But as for the merch...I ordered bee silver-gold necklace in december 2019 and the golden paint is already peeled off!! I pay attention to my jewellery, so I always put it down before showering or going to bed, and I am careful with perfumes and body lotions as well. So you should probably work on that, if you want to preserve your customers.

Are you a scam? Hey Bee Mission, I have tried to be understanding, but 2 months later and still nothing? I received a tracking number a few days after my order (4/10/20), and it still hasn't moved. Again, I know that COVID has messed up shipping, but everything else I have ordered, including from India, has delivered. ARE YOU A SCAM?! Prove me wrong, send me an email with my tracking information that actually moves.

Sunflower necklace If I could give a zero I would, I ordered the vintage sunflower necklace, I got sent some cheap version that looks nothing like it and was told by them that I had ordered some gold variant. The "gold variant" is not even an option on the page and after some research have found it on ebay for 1/10 of the price I paid. After several emails back and forth, they just keep saying the gold variant that I ordered and that the vintage version is not available, but continue to advertise it on their page. Total rip off company

Contact Hello, I have placed an order on Thursday 24th August 2020, the money has been taken from my account, however, I have not even received a confirmation email of any sort...? I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system.
