I’d give a zero if possible I’d give a zero if possible. I ordered two sets of earrings months ago. First order never arrived. Company said they sent out a replacement order. Never arrived either. Company sent a link to track shipment both times. Both times the info stopped when it was indicated the shipments arrived to some local receiving place. Now company is not responding to my emails. This is either a scam or a very poorly functioning company.

You said there was delays due to demand and that it should be resolved within 2 days. It’s been 5 days since that email? Are you a scam? Hey Bee Mission, I have tried to be understanding, but 2 months later and still nothing? I received a tracking number a few days after my order (4/10/20), and it still hasn't moved. Again, I know that COVID has messed up shipping, but everything else I have ordered, including from India, has delivered. ARE YOU A SCAM?! Prove me wrong, send me an email with my tracking information that actually moves.

This has been my worst online shopping… This has been my worst online shopping experience. The sweatshirt I received was not at all like the one pictured - color was a different green, black lettering instead of white - cheap fabric - and fit was so wrong. I ordered large, but may have to regift to someone who wears a small. And it took forever to get! This is my first public review, but had to share to help others.

I’ve contacted them through all social media and email and filled out multiple forms for not receiving my order and haven’t gotten any response. I paid my money for a product I never received. Still a very unhappy customer.
