Are you a scam? Hey Bee Mission, I have tried to be understanding, but 2 months later and still nothing? I received a tracking number a few days after my order (4/10/20), and it still hasn't moved. Again, I know that COVID has messed up shipping, but everything else I have ordered, including from India, has delivered. ARE YOU A SCAM?! Prove me wrong, send me an email with my tracking information that actually moves.

I ordered a necklace on the 5th of… I ordered a necklace on the 5th of December (151355) and then contacted you guys after not receiving any shipping information after almost a week. You said there was delays due to demand and that it should be resolved within 2 days. It’s been 5 days since that email? I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system. However, I found it very unfair that the presence of customs and accessories shipping costs for shipments outside the USA are not reported at the time of purchase but only if they are actively searching in the menu. Especially since these costs were 30% of the total...

I placed a simple order back in August… I placed a simple order back in August for earrings and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.
