However, I found it very unfair that the presence of customs and accessories shipping costs for shipments outside the USA are not reported at the time of purchase but only if they are actively searching in the menu. Especially since these costs were 30% of the total...

GBAre you a scam? Hey Bee Mission, I have tried to be understanding, but 2 months later and still nothing? I received a tracking number a few days after my order (4/10/20), and it still hasn't moved. Again, I know that COVID has messed up shipping, but everything else I have ordered, including from India, has delivered. ARE YOU A SCAM?! Prove me wrong, send me an email with my tracking information that actually moves.

GBBee kind I have seven Mason bee ๐ houses on the side of my house. I am so excited when they arrive in the spring. My little bee ๐ that I purchased draws a lot of attention and then I have an opportunity to tell people the importance of saving the bees and other critters living under leaves ๐, in the butterfly ๐ฆ garden and get rid of plain lawns and plant things in the yard that attracts these critters. So, your little bee is great ๐๐ป

CAunhappy customer Honestly Iโve been trying to reach bee mission for well over a year regarding my order. Iโve contacted them through all social media and email and filled out multiple forms for not receiving my order and havenโt gotten any response. I paid my money for a product I never received. Still a very unhappy customer.

DKStill not received my order from APRIL (!) 2020! In april (!) 2020 I ordered two rings (USD 29.95 each) and a bunch of "freebies"-jewelry with a subscription payment of USD 12.95 (which has been renewed for months while waiting for the items!) - now january 2021 - almost 9 months later I have merely received the 2 paid rings, all the socalled "freebies" WITH an international shipping cost of $109.89 (!!!) has NOT been shipped/received. I have opened multible tickets on your help desk, each one promising updates and resolutions that was never handled nor replied further to. I really do think you owe me either the items ordered or the shipping cost refunded! Marie in Denmark
