I recieved the necklace I ordered but… I recieved the necklace I ordered but they tacked on a free trial of some service that I have no idea how to access or what it even is. Sure enough the "free trial" automatically renewed for $12.95 and navigating their site to try to cancel is a nightmare. Also, instead of "You are my sunshine" the necklace said "Keep f***ing going". Do not buy from these people as their products can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

You said there was delays due to demand and that it should be resolved within 2 days. It’s been 5 days since that email? I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system. This has been my worst online shopping… This has been my worst online shopping experience. The sweatshirt I received was not at all like the one pictured - color was a different green, black lettering instead of white - cheap fabric - and fit was so wrong. I ordered large, but may have to regift to someone who wears a small. And it took forever to get! This is my first public review, but had to share to help others.

I placed a simple order back in August… I placed a simple order back in August for earrings and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.
