I recieved the necklace I ordered but… I recieved the necklace I ordered but they tacked on a free trial of some service that I have no idea how to access or what it even is. Sure enough the "free trial" automatically renewed for $12.95 and navigating their site to try to cancel is a nightmare. Also, instead of "You are my sunshine" the necklace said "Keep f***ing going". Do not buy from these people as their products can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

Are you a scam? Hey Bee Mission, I have tried to be understanding, but 2 months later and still nothing? I received a tracking number a few days after my order (4/10/20), and it still hasn't moved. Again, I know that COVID has messed up shipping, but everything else I have ordered, including from India, has delivered. ARE YOU A SCAM?! Prove me wrong, send me an email with my tracking information that actually moves.

Still not received my order from APRIL (!) 2020! In april (!) 2020 I ordered two rings (USD 29.95 each) and a bunch of "freebies"-jewelry with a subscription payment of USD 12.95 (which has been renewed for months while waiting for the items!) - now january 2021 - almost 9 months later I have merely received the 2 paid rings, all the socalled "freebies" WITH an international shipping cost of $109.89 (!!!) has NOT been shipped/received. I have opened multible tickets on your help desk, each one promising updates and resolutions that was never handled nor replied further to. Not what I ordered Hi I ordered a « bee KIND » sweater and receive a « bee HAPPY » one. Its just not the product I ordered. Also, nowhere on the product did it mention that it was actually certified organic cotton :( Delivery was slow but that was expected with the COVID situation. the company sent an email to advise that it was shipped and to be patient and not worry (which was greatly appreciated and helped manage my expectations).
