FIRST OF ALL, NECKLACE TOOK 5 MONTHS!!!! . I ORDERED THE ROSE NECKLACE WITH PICTURE INSIDE AND THERE WASNT EVEN A PICTURE WHEN WE LOOKED!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS COMPANY I WAS TRYING TO RETURN IT BACK TO THE COMPANY I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY NO LUCK THEN I WENT ONLINE AND DID RESEARCH ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND I FINALLY I FOUND THEIR HELP WHICH IS 𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 nine three nine two five four four i contacted the customer service was of great help. Quick and super efficient with refunds.

I recieved the necklace I ordered but… I recieved the necklace I ordered but they tacked on a free trial of some service that I have no idea how to access or what it even is. Sure enough the "free trial" automatically renewed for $12.95 and navigating their site to try to cancel is a nightmare. Also, instead of "You are my sunshine" the necklace said "Keep f***ing going". Do not buy from these people as their products can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

unhappy customer Honestly I’ve been trying to reach bee mission for well over a year regarding my order. I’ve contacted them through all social media and email and filled out multiple forms for not receiving my order and haven’t gotten any response. I paid my money for a product I never received. Still a very unhappy customer.

TERRIBLE. 1 star because I need to select a star. Otherwise would be a 0. Terrible. Do not buy, total scam. Bought gift for a friend back in September & still getting charges at weird hours in the night so never realized till months later. Never authorized this, they don't have a customer service line & completely unable to cancel. Save your money & the stress. Companies like this are a complete disappointment. Bee Mission, if you see this know that I hope you enjoyed the money you did not deserve for 4 months but you will not be getting anymore! Get a real job instead of scamming people

Little dissapointed Guys, I reall love your mission to help the bees, its really really important we save them, and for that, you have all my support! But as for the merch...I ordered bee silver-gold necklace in december 2019 and the golden paint is already peeled off!! I pay attention to my jewellery, so I always put it down before showering or going to bed, and I am careful with perfumes and body lotions as well. So you should probably work on that, if you want to preserve your customers.
