GBI placed a simple order back in August⦠I placed a simple order back in August for earrings and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.

CATERRIBLE. 1 star because I need to select a star. Otherwise would be a 0. Terrible. Do not buy, total scam. Bought gift for a friend back in September & still getting charges at weird hours in the night so never realized till months later. Never authorized this, they don't have a customer service line & completely unable to cancel. Save your money & the stress. Companies like this are a complete disappointment. Bee Mission, if you see this know that I hope you enjoyed the money you did not deserve for 4 months but you will not be getting anymore! Get a real job instead of scamming people

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS COMPANY I WAS TRYING TO RETURN IT BACK TO THE COMPANY I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY NO LUCK THEN I WENT ONLINE AND DID RESEARCH ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND I FINALLY I FOUND THEIR HELP WHICH IS π£ππ£π π€π£π π€π£π nine three nine two five four four i contacted the customer service was of great help. Quick and super efficient with refunds.

GBIβd give a zero if possible Iβd give a zero if possible. I ordered two sets of earrings months ago. First order never arrived. Company said they sent out a replacement order. Never arrived either. Company sent a link to track shipment both times. Both times the info stopped when it was indicated the shipments arrived to some local receiving place. Now company is not responding to my emails. This is either a scam or a very poorly functioning company.

SKLittle dissapointed Guys, I reall love your mission to help the bees, its really really important we save them, and for that, you have all my support! But as for the merch...I ordered bee silver-gold necklace in december 2019 and the golden paint is already peeled off!! I pay attention to my jewellery, so I always put it down before showering or going to bed, and I am careful with perfumes and body lotions as well. So you should probably work on that, if you want to preserve your customers.
