GBContact Hello, I have placed an order on Thursday 24th August 2020, the money has been taken from my account, however, I have not even received a confirmation email of any sort...? I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

GBAre you a scam? Hey Bee Mission, I have tried to be understanding, but 2 months later and still nothing? I received a tracking number a few days after my order (4/10/20), and it still hasn't moved. Again, I know that COVID has messed up shipping, but everything else I have ordered, including from India, has delivered. ARE YOU A SCAM?! Prove me wrong, send me an email with my tracking information that actually moves.

GBDarling necklace! We ordered a bee charm necklace for our teenage daughter - she had found it online and wanted one. BeeMission was great with communication - we got updates when the order was placed, shipped, and expected delivery. And when the necklace arrived, we were delighted! It is darling - and on a nice silver chain. VERY happy with the BeeMission product and service. Bonus - they support bee populations and health - love that too.

SKLittle dissapointed Guys, I reall love your mission to help the bees, its really really important we save them, and for that, you have all my support! But as for the merch...I ordered bee silver-gold necklace in december 2019 and the golden paint is already peeled off!! I pay attention to my jewellery, so I always put it down before showering or going to bed, and I am careful with perfumes and body lotions as well. So you should probably work on that, if you want to preserve your customers.

CANot what I ordered Hi I ordered a « bee KIND » sweater and receive a « bee HAPPY » one. Its just not the product I ordered. Also, nowhere on the product did it mention that it was actually certified organic cotton :( Delivery was slow but that was expected with the COVID situation. the company sent an email to advise that it was shipped and to be patient and not worry (which was greatly appreciated and helped manage my expectations).
