GBI recieved the necklace I ordered but⦠I recieved the necklace I ordered but they tacked on a free trial of some service that I have no idea how to access or what it even is. Sure enough the "free trial" automatically renewed for $12.95 and navigating their site to try to cancel is a nightmare. Also, instead of "You are my sunshine" the necklace said "Keep f***ing going". Do not buy from these people as their products can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

GBI placed a simple order back in August⦠I placed a simple order back in August for earrings and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.

GBBad seat covers and worse guarantee. AVOID this company. I ordered what were advertised as custom seat covers, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I let them know that the covers did not fit well, they were cheaply made and I was not happy. I tired them for a week and decided to return them. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is a total lie. They offered a discount on any future orders. That will not happen. Super cheap product, never purchasing from this company again. Zero stars.

Quick and super efficient with refunds.

SKLittle dissapointed Guys, I reall love your mission to help the bees, its really really important we save them, and for that, you have all my support! But as for the merch...I ordered bee silver-gold necklace in december 2019 and the golden paint is already peeled off!! I pay attention to my jewellery, so I always put it down before showering or going to bed, and I am careful with perfumes and body lotions as well. So you should probably work on that, if you want to preserve your customers.
