I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system. Bee kind I have seven Mason bee 🐝 houses on the side of my house. I am so excited when they arrive in the spring. My little bee 🐝 that I purchased draws a lot of attention and then I have an opportunity to tell people the importance of saving the bees and other critters living under leaves 🍁, in the butterfly 🦋 garden and get rid of plain lawns and plant things in the yard that attracts these critters. Still not received my order from APRIL (!) 2020! In april (!) 2020 I ordered two rings (USD 29.95 each) and a bunch of "freebies"-jewelry with a subscription payment of USD 12.95 (which has been renewed for months while waiting for the items!) - now january 2021 - almost 9 months later I have merely received the 2 paid rings, all the socalled "freebies" WITH an international shipping cost of $109.89 (!!!) has NOT been shipped/received. I have opened multible tickets on your help desk, each one promising updates and resolutions that was never handled nor replied further to. I really do think you owe me either the items ordered or the shipping cost refunded! Marie in Denmark

Sunflower necklace If I could give a zero I would, I ordered the vintage sunflower necklace, I got sent some cheap version that looks nothing like it and was told by them that I had ordered some gold variant. The "gold variant" is not even an option on the page and after some research have found it on ebay for 1/10 of the price I paid. After several emails back and forth, they just keep saying the gold variant that I ordered and that the vintage version is not available, but continue to advertise it on their page. Total rip off company

TERRIBLE. 1 star because I need to select a star. Otherwise would be a 0. Terrible. Do not buy, total scam. Bought gift for a friend back in September & still getting charges at weird hours in the night so never realized till months later. Never authorized this, they don't have a customer service line & completely unable to cancel. Save your money & the stress. Companies like this are a complete disappointment. Bee Mission, if you see this know that I hope you enjoyed the money you did not deserve for 4 months but you will not be getting anymore! Get a real job instead of scamming people
