Scam alert! -resolved Hi Bee Mission, Thanks for acknowledging this, I do now also believe it is a rippoff site using your pictures and name, and have reported this to the police as online fraud. I've changed my review so it may stay on here but help others that face the same problem. Original complaint: I paid £60 for 2 necklaces, have since written 2 emails, filed one online contact form, and have not only not received the necklaces, but also not one email, phone call or statement to explain what happened. No refund of the money, no tracking details, nothing. It's most likely a scam, stay away.

I’d give a zero if possible I’d give a zero if possible. I ordered two sets of earrings months ago. First order never arrived. Company said they sent out a replacement order. Never arrived either. Company sent a link to track shipment both times. Both times the info stopped when it was indicated the shipments arrived to some local receiving place. Now company is not responding to my emails. This is either a scam or a very poorly functioning company.

Still not received my order from APRIL (!) 2020! In april (!) 2020 I ordered two rings (USD 29.95 each) and a bunch of "freebies"-jewelry with a subscription payment of USD 12.95 (which has been renewed for months while waiting for the items!) - now january 2021 - almost 9 months later I have merely received the 2 paid rings, all the socalled "freebies" WITH an international shipping cost of $109.89 (!!!) has NOT been shipped/received. I have opened multible tickets on your help desk, each one promising updates and resolutions that was never handled nor replied further to. I really do think you owe me either the items ordered or the shipping cost refunded! Marie in Denmark

I placed a simple order back in August… I placed a simple order back in August for earrings and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.

Are you a scam? Hey Bee Mission, I have tried to be understanding, but 2 months later and still nothing? I received a tracking number a few days after my order (4/10/20), and it still hasn't moved. Again, I know that COVID has messed up shipping, but everything else I have ordered, including from India, has delivered. ARE YOU A SCAM?! Prove me wrong, send me an email with my tracking information that actually moves.
