This has been my worst online shopping… This has been my worst online shopping experience. The sweatshirt I received was not at all like the one pictured - color was a different green, black lettering instead of white - cheap fabric - and fit was so wrong. I ordered large, but may have to regift to someone who wears a small. And it took forever to get! This is my first public review, but had to share to help others.

FIRST OF ALL, NECKLACE TOOK 5 MONTHS!!!! . I ORDERED THE ROSE NECKLACE WITH PICTURE INSIDE AND THERE WASNT EVEN A PICTURE WHEN WE LOOKED!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS COMPANY I WAS TRYING TO RETURN IT BAC FIRST OF ALL, NECKLACE TOOK 5 MONTHS!!!! . I ORDERED THE ROSE NECKLACE WITH PICTURE INSIDE AND THERE WASNT EVEN A PICTURE WHEN WE LOOKED!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS COMPANY I WAS TRYING TO RETURN IT BACK TO THE COMPANY I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY NO LUCK THEN I WENT ONLINE AND DID RESEARCH ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND I FINALLY I FOUND THEIR HELP WHICH IS 𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 nine three nine two five four four i contacted the customer service was of great help. Quick and super efficient with refunds.

Not what I ordered Hi I ordered a « bee KIND » sweater and receive a « bee HAPPY » one. Its just not the product I ordered. Also, nowhere on the product did it mention that it was actually certified organic cotton :( Delivery was slow but that was expected with the COVID situation. the company sent an email to advise that it was shipped and to be patient and not worry (which was greatly appreciated and helped manage my expectations).

I recieved the necklace I ordered but… I recieved the necklace I ordered but they tacked on a free trial of some service that I have no idea how to access or what it even is. Sure enough the "free trial" automatically renewed for $12.95 and navigating their site to try to cancel is a nightmare. Also, instead of "You are my sunshine" the necklace said "Keep f***ing going". Do not buy from these people as their products can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

Scam alert! -resolved Hi Bee Mission, Thanks for acknowledging this, I do now also believe it is a rippoff site using your pictures and name, and have reported this to the police as online fraud. I've changed my review so it may stay on here but help others that face the same problem. Original complaint: I paid £60 for 2 necklaces, have since written 2 emails, filed one online contact form, and have not only not received the necklaces, but also not one email, phone call or statement to explain what happened. No refund of the money, no tracking details, nothing. It's most likely a scam, stay away.
