CAELDERLY FATHER'S WISHES NOT FULFILLED My elderly (86) year old Dad who has not bee well wanted me to send flowers to his daughters for helping him. I arranged to send them on his behalf to my sister in Texas. I ordered them on the Wednesday prior to Mother's Day and there was not issue raised in that process nor was I told there might be. On the morning of delivery I received a notice indicating that they were unable to deliver. Obviously this left me no time on such a busy floral day to reorder elsewhere. Bloomex said in that cancellation that they were sorry for the inconvenience and if you were prepared to wait the 2 days after Mother's Day being the following Monday or Tuesday I could reorder and they would give me a free upgrade. I went that route and quickly regretted it as come the following Monday or Tuesday, no flowers, yet again. I subsequently spent over 4 hours of my time trying to ascertain if they would ever be sent, including telephone and online chat which got me nowhere. Finally after requesting a supervisor contact me I was "promised" they would be sent but they were not. I got another notice on the day of delivery and again cancelled and this time they issued a refund. The problem is with this method of resolving there is no winner. I was strung along with promises it would be rectified a long with the incentive of a bigger better which was never received and to add insult to injury because I am in Canada but paying in US funds I actually lost money on the exchange over the 2 weeks of trying to get this sorted out. In total I lost almost 10$ in the transactions. The customer service and response time was shameful. They really do not give a hoot about their customers. I finally contacted From You Flowers and within 2 days my flowers were delivered. Beautiful and fresh. As expressed by others on here too if you have a date that is important do not trust what this company tells you. They will make promises they have no intention of even keeping. BLOOMEX: NEVER NEVER again......

GBI would give you 10 stars if I could I would give you 10 stars if I could. It has been the easiest way to order flowers that I have ever come across. The subscription service is wonderful and prevents me from ever forgetting a special occasion. Everyone I have ever sent flowers to from Bloomex has absolutely loved the flowers, saying they lasted for almost two weeks. It is a wonder service.

GBWORST QUALITY WORST QUALITY, WORST COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVISE !! I have never written a review in my life. My experience was so negative with Bloomex that I am forced to share my negative experience. From the UK I called Bloomex and Ordered 12 varied colour roses for my nieces 18th birthday, for March 16th, delivery in Canada. I requested agent the roses be tied with red ribbon, roses wrapped in red paper , with baby’s breath. I was assured it will be sent to florist in special instructions., and it wouldn’t be an issue. They will be buds. “A LIE” Website states : ‘Flowers are made by our professionally trained floral designers at our own production facilities’ “Having our own florists making the designs is how we ensure order accuracy.” ‘Due to the high volume of orders processed daily and with direct buying from the growers, our flowers are fresher.’ Product Description SKU: LF11-55 “To allow these beautiful flowers to last much longer, they are delivered fresh, budding and ready to bloom” Total misrepresentation The Product description didn’t mention possibility of the roses being different colour as shown in the image. The Card Spelling Errors . I was on the call for 45 minutes long distance , the agent couldn’t get the spelling correct despite many times repeating the card arrived with mistakes. I was very excited for my Neice to receive this arrangement on her special day. The roses arrived NOT AS DESCRIBED WHITE ROSES WERE MISSING, BABY PINK WAS REPLACED WITH DARK PINK , THE SMALL GREENERY WAS MISSING , NO ROBBON NO RED PAPER NO BABYS BREATH AS PROMISED. ROSES DEAD , DROOPING , FULLY BLOOMED , BROWNING. I was embarrassed , to send such cheap quality roses. I have been calling Bloomex since the 16th. The customer service operator answers and stated they will pass to management team to contact me. Despite me Repeatdly telling them I only want a refund, the birthday gone moment has gone, I don’t want redelivery, or coupon. They aren’t addressing my refund request. It’s like I’m a hostage I must either buy from them again or accept redelivery. Bloomex replied on the 19th “we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we are able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. We noticed a few damaged stems on your bouquet. Please note, that the colour of the ribbon can be substituted in the florist run out of the particular colour. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the misspeling on the card. We appreciate your business with us and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue by offering an in-store credit for future use. Please let us know if we should proceed. Kind regards, Bloomex Team.” I can’t believe this company saying the bouquet was received with their policy, and they noticed a few damaged stems , despite viewing the photos. Very cheap company third class customer service , who are risking their reputation for $53.09. Instead of trying to compensate me for the embarrassment offering a refund , they are not calling me or addressing my refund request. I would very buy from this company agin , customers please beware Note Bloomex : Please don’t reply on Trust Pilot or email with apology , or any other explanation , you have none. Or any offers of redelivery or a voucher , other then full refund. Only reply if you agree to refund the $53.09 for the order delivered on the 16th of March. I rate this company zero.

CALost full confidence in this company and its abilities. On Feb 18 our family lost a child. I ordered flowers to be delivered to the family home and to be used at the funeral the following week. They never arrived. I called and emailed and live chatted only to be told they were delivered, they had an email. I explained they were not delivered to the right place and they continued to state someone would get back to me. Today March 1 after the funeral last week I finally got an email stating they would upgrade my flowers or send a gift basket. No thanks just my money back. Lost full confidence in this company and its abilities.

IEAppallingly bad service, don't buy from Bloomex. If BloomexUSA is the same Company as Bloomex Canada then my review is for them, it must be because I received this email to write a review. If I could give NO stars at all I would. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful big bouquet of mixed white flowers for a friend in Canada as a remembrance gift to mark the first anniversary of her son's death.The order went through OK. At no time did Bloomex contact me via email to say they could not supply the bouquet. Instead they sent 2 dozen creamy white roses to my friend. The included glass vase was broken. The bouquet I ordered included a silver vase. I filled in on Florist.ca (the original website) the message box but my friend did not receive it, she didn't know who had sent her flowers then she guessed it was me. I asked her to send me photos which she did. I was so angry and upset that she didn't receive the original bouquet which measured approx 31" x 35". It wasn't cheap. I sent and received many emails to/from Florist.ca which changed into Bloomex.ca and other websites.Their messages were confusing and ambiguous, nothing was made clear, in fact I think they were designed to be that way, they scooted around the problem. After about 15 emails back and forth I contacted my bank and sent them email proof and photos and fortunately they made a charge back to this Company. After my bad experience I looked for reviews about them and found that someone had made a special page on Facebook so people could write about their experiences too, most very, very negative and people were so annoyed as many received broken, dead or dying flowers in dirty water and some did not receive any flowers at all. My experience has put me off ordering online flowers from anyone. Bloomex give an appalling service and I advise others to steer well clear of them and find someone more reliable and trustworthy than Bloomex. My bank did give me a refund thankfully. I found the whole experience with Bloomex very stressful, exhausting and time consuming. They even told me that they didn't deliver to the location my friend lived at, so why couldn't they have stated that when I put in her address ? I still feel very angry and upset with them, they don't care about their customers and as some have said on FB, they should be closed down. I agree with that.There was so much more I could write about them, I am usually a very calm and patient person but Bloomex drove me almost round the bend with all the hassle I had with them. What also annoyed me was that they sent my friend what THEY thought she should receive instead of contacting me to say they could not deliver my original order and would I like to choose another bouquet. But I don't think for a minute another alternative bouquet would be the one a customer ordered or chose anyway. Ordinary supermarket floral bouquets would be just as good as those Bloomex send out, if not better and much, much cheaper. I wanted to add another photo to show what I originally ordered for my friend but it doesn't seem to allow that. The photo is what she received. A bit more advice for anyone thinking of buying from Bloomex, read all the reviews first ! I didn't because all my attention was focused on finding lovely flowers for my friend Some reviews are good but most negative.
