worst service i made 2 orders on bloomex for the upcoming holidays and both orders didn't arrive when i called they told me its being reviewed and will call you back but no-one ever did call me they runed my holiday, NEVER AGAIN

Bloomex is a terrible florist online… Bloomex is a terrible florist online store. I do not recommend buying anything from here as it is overly priced and does not arrive on time. The service is absolutely terrible! I tried to buy Mother's Day flowers and the flowers were suppose to be shipped the next day and weren't. I tried contacting them through the phone which did not work and their online "24/7" chat which also did not work. No one would respond and they took my money and did not respond to my emails either. After filing a complaint, I then heard from them and received a refund. Terrible service!!

I would give you 10 stars if I could I would give you 10 stars if I could. It has been the easiest way to order flowers that I have ever come across. The subscription service is wonderful and prevents me from ever forgetting a special occasion. Everyone I have ever sent flowers to from Bloomex has absolutely loved the flowers, saying they lasted for almost two weeks. It is a wonder service.

Worst flower delivery experience of my… Worst flower delivery experience of my life! I ordered a sympathy bouquet and after they failed to deliver it I hounded them via email and phone for 9 days until they finally delivered it. It was WAY late and they did NOTHING to make up for it. I asked that they at least upgrade the bouquet but what ended up arriving was smaller than the pretty bouquet I ordered online!!! No one ever accepted responsibility. I had to explain myself OVER and OVER each time - brand new customer service rep each time who seemeed clueless that I had even called before. Will never use them again!!!

Lost full confidence in this company and its abilities. On Feb 18 our family lost a child. I ordered flowers to be delivered to the family home and to be used at the funeral the following week. They never arrived. I called and emailed and live chatted only to be told they were delivered, they had an email. I explained they were not delivered to the right place and they continued to state someone would get back to me. Today March 1 after the funeral last week I finally got an email stating they would upgrade my flowers or send a gift basket. No thanks just my money back. Lost full confidence in this company and its abilities.
