CANever Again I will never, ever use the company again. I specifically requested a delivery date on the Tuesday, never got delivered so I call on the Wednesday and they tell me it is being delivered on Wednesday because their warehouse was closed on Tuesday, then they shouldn't have promised delivery on the Tuesday!!!!! Then I ask to cancel and they say okay I will get a manager to reach out to you, nope, no one reached out to me and then when I call them back they say sorry you can't cancel your order is being delivered tomorrow. Not acceptable. Customer service tries to help, but clearly their hands are tied by management. If you want something to arrive on time, don't use this company!

GBBought a deluxe bouquet and instead got a sad bunch I bought a deluxe bouquet of flowers from bloomex USA and instead received a wilted sad looking flower bunch (see first pic). On their website they posted picture #2 as what I was buying. I even paid $10 extra for the deluxe bouquet so it was supposed to be even better. Would have done better by buying my own bouquet at a grocery store. The deluxe bouquet was $10 extra. I can’t imagine what the regular bouquet would have looked like. I have used other online florists with great success. Stay away from this one. Their response when I reached out to them was as follows: “As per the description of the purchased product, “Bouquet includes Designers Collection of a beautiful mix of assorted flowers or a single type of flower, like Roses. *Note: Actual bouquet will vary from photo.” That means the online picture is just an example of what it may look like, this is our special offer, where we cannot tell in advance which flowers will be included. This bouquet is arranged upon the florist’s choice and the occasion. We always try to accommodate our customer's instructions, however cannot always guarantee due to high volume and short notice. Therefore we have a substitution policy presented on the website. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy and item description”

GBWORST QUALITY WORST QUALITY, WORST COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVISE !! I have never written a review in my life. My experience was so negative with Bloomex that I am forced to share my negative experience. From the UK I called Bloomex and Ordered 12 varied colour roses for my nieces 18th birthday, for March 16th, delivery in Canada. I requested agent the roses be tied with red ribbon, roses wrapped in red paper , with baby’s breath. I was assured it will be sent to florist in special instructions., and it wouldn’t be an issue. They will be buds. “A LIE” Website states : ‘Flowers are made by our professionally trained floral designers at our own production facilities’ “Having our own florists making the designs is how we ensure order accuracy.” ‘Due to the high volume of orders processed daily and with direct buying from the growers, our flowers are fresher.’ Product Description SKU: LF11-55 “To allow these beautiful flowers to last much longer, they are delivered fresh, budding and ready to bloom” Total misrepresentation The Product description didn’t mention possibility of the roses being different colour as shown in the image. The Card Spelling Errors . I was on the call for 45 minutes long distance , the agent couldn’t get the spelling correct despite many times repeating the card arrived with mistakes. I was very excited for my Neice to receive this arrangement on her special day. The roses arrived NOT AS DESCRIBED WHITE ROSES WERE MISSING, BABY PINK WAS REPLACED WITH DARK PINK , THE SMALL GREENERY WAS MISSING , NO ROBBON NO RED PAPER NO BABYS BREATH AS PROMISED. ROSES DEAD , DROOPING , FULLY BLOOMED , BROWNING. I was embarrassed , to send such cheap quality roses. I have been calling Bloomex since the 16th. The customer service operator answers and stated they will pass to management team to contact me. Despite me Repeatdly telling them I only want a refund, the birthday gone moment has gone, I don’t want redelivery, or coupon. They aren’t addressing my refund request. It’s like I’m a hostage I must either buy from them again or accept redelivery. Bloomex replied on the 19th “we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we are able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. We noticed a few damaged stems on your bouquet. Please note, that the colour of the ribbon can be substituted in the florist run out of the particular colour. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the misspeling on the card. We appreciate your business with us and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue by offering an in-store credit for future use. Please let us know if we should proceed. Kind regards, Bloomex Team.” I can’t believe this company saying the bouquet was received with their policy, and they noticed a few damaged stems , despite viewing the photos. Very cheap company third class customer service , who are risking their reputation for $53.09. Instead of trying to compensate me for the embarrassment offering a refund , they are not calling me or addressing my refund request. I would very buy from this company agin , customers please beware Note Bloomex : Please don’t reply on Trust Pilot or email with apology , or any other explanation , you have none. Or any offers of redelivery or a voucher , other then full refund. Only reply if you agree to refund the $53.09 for the order delivered on the 16th of March. I rate this company zero.

CAOne day delivery website claimed turned… One day delivery website claimed turned into 1 month. And they make it difficult to cancel your order even though they are the ones that can't follow through on their one day delivery promise.
