This was a huge disappointment This was a huge disappointment. It was supposed to contain real elements but it was just a sticker placed on plastic. I tried to email the website and the individual I paid, no one responded. What a crappy product, website and seller. Don’t buy this junk you will regret it.

Ohio Depot has zero customer service Ohio Depot has zero customer service. I sent three emails and never received a reply. I tried to cancel my order because it took almost three weeks to get it. I wish I had because when I finally received it, it was not what I thought I was buying. The product description and photo were not accurate. I thought I was getting two mini chainsaws. Instead I got only two chainsaw chains. I would return them and send them back, but I am afraid I would then be out the money and the chains. Horrible store. Do not use.

Buyer Beware!!!! I placed my order was told it would arrive in 2 business days...did not receive my order for 3 weeks. Bad communication...the only way they would communicate was through PayPal...unacceptable! Would not recommend to anyone, and definitely will not be ordering from them again.

I did not receive the item I did not receive the item , I received a small chain for the saw, but no saw. I am really disappointed because I was looking forward to using the tool in my garden. I wrote the company back and have not received a reply, been a month already.
