Knowledgeable and friendly EOR We switched to Remote from another EOR company a few years ago. While we had some issues in the beginning regarding response times and overall communication, this was all amended after a call with our account manager. I'm happy to report that everything is going very smoothly these days. Our account manager is readily available for questions, and the payroll and customer success teams have helped us numerous times.
