GBI made the mistake of using remote.com… I made the mistake of using remote.com to pay a contractor in Canada. The contractor never performed the work and so I got my bank to refund the amount. However, since I made the mistake of using Remote.com, I was still on the hook. They have been contacting me non stop about paying back the amount the my bank has refunded and threatened to send my account to a third party collections agency. They also charge a $30 monthly fee per user on your account. Would not recommend using this company.

NLKnowledgeable and friendly EOR We switched to Remote from another EOR company a few years ago. While we had some issues in the beginning regarding response times and overall communication, this was all amended after a call with our account manager. I'm happy to report that everything is going very smoothly these days. Our account manager is readily available for questions, and the payroll and customer success teams have helped us numerous times. It's great to know that knowledgeable people have my back when it comes to rules and regulations in the different countries our team is in, and it saves me a lot of time not having to find out everything myself.

FRExcellent Customer Service Remote really takes care of their customers. Even though the platform can still be improved, I am seeing changes arriving. But in the meantime, we are in really good hands, from Jaime to his colleagues, I have to say that I am always delighted by the caring attention they provide us in their work.

GBGreat company and friendly staff I've had a wonderful experience with Remote.com so far. I have been in touch mostly with Hakan, who was very friendly, attentive and very quick to respond, even late at night and on bank holidays which was not expected at all! Thank you Hakan for all your help and for making the onboarding process a lot easier for me:)
