The main thing is someone of my age… The main thing is someone of my age actually being able to complete and submit an application. Some other sites a too complicated for some one my age that hasn't had any computer training. Please keep it simple . I've gotten so frustrated at others that require passwords and when I enter what I know to be my password it says no it's not right. Thankyou

I like the way it looks and I can add… I like the way it looks and I can add the job choices that fit my criteria. Also love the way it interacts with others that have been in the same workforce and you can ask questions and see what others say about the job force they been in.

They are a great place for both people… They are a great place for both people looking for work, and those who have experience with working, to ask questions and/or give advice about certain fields of work. I would even bet farmers, ranchers, and agricultural people could be found here or people looking for one of those lifestyles of work!
