GBGuaranteed hours Nomad gives you guaranteed hours so if you’re cancelled by the facility you’ll get paid for those hours. They don’t offer guaranteed hours if you get canceled of during a holiday week or during a week you called in sick. I think this shouldn’t be because if you’re cancelled for every shift during a holiday week you don’t get paid. I understand not giving guaranteed hours for a holiday shift but for the entire week it’s ludicrous. Not a bad company but needs a tone of improvements.

GBGreat submission timeframe I complained the first time when my application was cancelled without a reason. Then from then on they treated me great. Better, the submission time around is way shorter than it was at the beginning. That’s what matters the most

GBNomad Health has made my experience so… Nomad Health has made my experience so much easier. As a first time traveling nurse, they made sure that they address all my concerns and questions promptly. Their staff are very professional and highly organized, they know their business very well. You are highly recommended. Thank you and more power.

GBEasy to apply The ease of placing in applications are what is most beneficial. Points only deducted because there are hidden assessments needed and you are suddenly bombarded with these when it is not a guarantee to get the position. In addition, if it were known of such assessments, time will be better managed before submitting an entry if knowing one will have to do assessments after. Other than that, things flow well. There are just a lot of emails to stay on top of everything.
