Cheap quality and no returns The product was very cheap quality, nothing comparable to their marketing and when email or contacting for returns, no one replies

Really bad product and customer service is non-existent. The products are produced in and shipped from China. For 5% of the price, you can buy a better product directly from China. Really disappointed.

They need to be put out of business. DO not support this company Garbage company. Fake reviews like crazy, the product I was looking at had 3000+ 5 star reviews and nearly a perfect 5 star rating overall. The product was $100 list, on sale for $50, and feels like its worth 50 cents. Reached out twice about returns and not a single reply. Currently disputing the charge with my bank

NORMEST IS A SCAM! NORMEST IS A SCAM!! When a company has not one phone # to call them up on then BEWARE!! Do not buy from them. You’ll get your product 2-3 months after purchasing. If you want a return then just forget it. They won’t answer you back. They’ll immediately stop the chat when you give them a thumbs down on the answer they provide back. You can’t type what you need to ask. It’s all automated! Lost $60 on a product that isn’t even worth $10
