Fake reviews like crazy, the product I was looking at had 3000+ 5 star reviews and nearly a perfect 5 star rating overall. The product was $100 list, on sale for $50, and feels like its worth 50 cents. Reached out twice about returns and not a single reply. Currently disputing the charge with my bank

Really bad product and customer service is non-existent. The products are produced in and shipped from China. For 5% of the price, you can buy a better product directly from China. Really disappointed.

If you want a return then just forget it. They won’t answer you back. They’ll immediately stop the chat when you give them a thumbs down on the answer they provide back. You can’t type what you need to ask. It’s all automated! Lost $60 on a product that isn’t even worth $10
