I'm an LVN I'm an LVN, 3/9/24, told I had to pay for my Physical $160, and Tdap $146, in order to get my onboarding completed. TB didn't expire until 4/22/24. Recruiter told me to deal with Credentialing, lagged on, email 3/12/24, stating my T,B made it which hadn't expired yet, and then they said the physical I paid for is 3 months pass I have to get another one. Here we are March 12th a month later and still nothing.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! MOST COMPANIES PAY FOR YOUR PHYSICAL AND TB

Recruiting communication SnapCare is a great company with an awesome support team. The recruiter’s don’t practice good communication when seeking a new assignment. No follow up calls or status updates, often no information in writing what’s being offered. Phone calls and text go weeks without being answered, if an assignment has been offered and credentialing started the clinician should have something in writing therefore allowing preparation on there behave. Clinicians have families, safety factors and home responsibilities that need to be in place !!! The sooner we have a contract the better! Especially after we have been given a verbal date.
