GBVery Poor Job Recommendations Lensa is very similar to other online job sites. They have very well-developed marketing strategies, but extraordinarily poor job selection algorithms. I received job recommendations every day, none of which were remotely similar to my job profile. Don't waste your valuable time.

GBThe worst The worst. They make up hourly rates and they post jobs you’re looking for that aren’t hiring. I went in person to every job. Just a scam!
