GBFound my perfect match! I had signed up for Bravado a few months ago when I was window shopping for a new role, and my circumstances changed so I ended up not utilizing the service at that time and stay at my current role... ...However a few months later, I got an email from Bravado about a 100% match for a role. Out of curiosity I took the first call, and realized that it truly was a perfect fit, and one that I would have never found otherwise. My Bravado resource, Juliette, was extremely helpful and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure that I was comfortable with the process. I ended up receiving and accepting the offer. My first experience with Bravado was extremely positive, and I will both plan to use Bravado the next time I'm ready for a new adventure, as well as recommend it to friends who are looking for new sales roles.

GBThe whole experience working with Juliette was top notch! The whole experience working with Bravado was a great and seamless experience. I worked directly with Juliette Carvalho and her responsiveness and helpfulness is unmatchable! They aligned me with a company that I ultimately received an offer and had accepted, but to top off how great this is is how great the company I am now working for is. Throughout the entire process Juliette was very communicative and offered any assistance that would be needed throughout the process. I have already started recommending Bravado to colleagues and will definitely use Bravado again for future endeavors as needed.

GBTrash company that just wants to harvest your professional contacts So you need to create an account with Bravado if you want to "apply" to the job you found online that they are advertising. Annoying, but not uncommon. However, in order to create a Bravado account, they require access to ALL of your Google contacts. Why on earth would you need that level of access to my information, just to create an account? If you choose to actually do this, you're then asked to upload your resume. Once that is uploaded, they require you go through your work history, role by role, and provide the name of the specific client, the specific stakeholder, and what specific product you sold them, and when. They try and play it up like potential employers find specific examples of success appealing in their candidate evaluations, blah, blah, blah. I'm sure there isn't a bunch of slimey sales "professionals" at Bravado NOT poaching my professional contacts or sales history information for their own personal lead gen activities. Sure, this is probably all legal, but this company is trash, and all they are after is your sales contacts.

GBBravado is a terrible system for… Bravado is a terrible system for applicants, especially for any non-sales specific roles. You MUST enter sales information to continue making a profile, if you are not applying to a sales position and have never done sales you cannot continue with your application, they only show you roles that THEY think you are qualified for, you cannot apply to roles that YOU want to apply to, and they ask for personal information like current salary and sales deals that might fall under NDA. I would give this a 0/5 if possible.
