Executive transition Dean has been great with his guidance and coaching. I didn't rate 5 stars because I'm not fully through the process. The process is quite comprehensive, with various communication touchpoints. I see great value in the service thus far. It would be great if there was a client portal to access anytime, to gauge status, progress, next steps and outstanding tasks to easily stay on top of the many elements of the service.

Dean has confidence in his product offering, and so should you. Also, Dean is great at collecting and unearthing information.
