Good experience so far The first interview was quick but interesting. The interviewer was polite, and kind and answered all my questions. The code quiz was nice and I think it was a good approach to better understand both soft and hard skills that the candidate may or may not have.

The First Connect Is like the first meet you will have with someone you dont know and not sure of what services are being offered, However My first impression of Otter Labs, was Fabulous ! Heinz conversed with me with calmness, was precise, objective, and sounded Humble. It's like he is representing you within his organization to secure you your gig.
