Easygoing interview The first approach went straight to the point and I got to schedule an interview fast, and easy. The interviewer was crystal clear about the open position, even though I was not a fit for the job, he communicated it very well. Felt very comfortable, it was a great interview overall.

Solid company Otterlabs has a solid recruitment process, very proactive team which is very valuable overall, also they just give the feedback on every instance of the process. Fun fact, they even did a LinkedIn audit to help me with a better profile.

Good experience so far The first interview was quick but interesting. The interviewer was polite, and kind and answered all my questions. The code quiz was nice and I think it was a good approach to better understand both soft and hard skills that the candidate may or may not have.
