Can’t be happier! Enjoyed the process Worked with Arash to interview with a company. He was transparent from the beginning and very responsive, one of the best recruiters I’ve seen. He really got me a great offer at a great company with lots of good work. Along the way he advised me I would be interviewed by great people, which I certainly did and it was one of those few times I really enjoyed every one of my interviews. It was fun and he always kept me up to date with progress and was very adaptable to last minute changes I had to do due to work schedule. Would certainly recommend him if looking for a new job.

Pressure Free Recruiter My recruiter has been transparent and respects and understands my needs without forcing me into something I wouldn’t be a fit for. Only frustration I’ve had has been with the company I interviewed at - they were ultimately looking for a candidate with a different skill set that wasn’t communicated to myself or the Elevano recruiter after my final interview. Would have provided 5 stars if this miscommunication could have been avoided and saved everyone time.
