Good Experience I was pretty nervous about picking up the material since I had no experience coming in, but the lessons were easy to learn and the 1:1 coaching helped with clearing any questions or worries I had. I also liked that peer roleplays were mandatory to practice the skills you learn. Also big shoutout to my coach Sebastian for encouraging me when I had doubts and his guidance when I had questions about the material. I feel his coaching was extremely helpful in my success.

My mentor, specifically, has been a blessing in my journey through the certification program. He's helped me with plenty of mental obstacles and always answers any of my questions within 24 hours. I know my progress may be a bit slower-paced, but Sebastian has been so encouraging about my consistency, which is the key. This program not only wants to see you succeed, but they also want to help you become the best version of yourself. The courses are made in a way that you won't be dozing off every 30 minutes. It has everything important and no nonsense.
