GBOne unreliable sensor--documented and getting taken care of I have had small issues with one of our sensors from the beginning. My first call the sensor was working so we decided to see if the issue was resolved and set up a time to check back in with me. The issue had come back with an unreliable sensor and Playmaker was helpful to escalate my issue to the next level with technical support. The representative (Doug) was very kind and helpful and provided some insight to help me with the use and care of the sensors.

GBSensors do not work correctly! The sensors have only worked a hand full of times, Everytime my son tries to wear them they do not pick up the activity. Disappointed - I wouldn’t recommend spending so much money on a product that doesn’t work.
