Excellent Customer Service The Large Jersey bought for our Grandson turned out to be too long. After emailing Customer Service to find out how to exchange it for a Medium, a response was received and a Medium was eventually sent to us. We were told to return the Large with a label that was to be sent with the Medium, however none was sent. After twice emailing Customer Service to find out how to return the Large, CS said because of the peak year-end sales season with an overloaded staff, the staff may have forgotten to include a return label. Because of their oversight, we were told to keep the Large Jersey.

When it arrived, I realized it was not quite big enough, so I contacted support to see if I can swap for an XXL. They were happy to send me the new jersey in an extremely timely manner and it arrived in just a couple of days.
