Excellent Customer Service The Large Jersey bought for our Grandson turned out to be too long. After emailing Customer Service to find out how to exchange it for a Medium, a response was received and a Medium was eventually sent to us. We were told to return the Large with a label that was to be sent with the Medium, however none was sent. After twice emailing Customer Service to find out how to return the Large, CS said because of the peak year-end sales season with an overloaded staff, the staff may have forgotten to include a return label. Because of their oversight, we were told to keep the Large Jersey.

When it didn’t fit like I wanted he sent me the XXL no questions asked before I’d even returned the other. Plus I don’t think he even charged me for the XXL. Jersey material feels very nice. The Milan jersey was an XL but fit perfect so be aware some jerseys run smaller than others. Great customer service is rare nowadays so I will definitely be checking out his site first next time I purchase another kit

Company stopped responding to my emails… Company stopped responding to my emails about returning items for a refund. The kits are fake and unlicensed. The address for the business is fake. There is no phone number to call. The entire thing is a scam. DO NOT purchase from them.
