Seen a pair of boots on their TikTok… Seen a pair of boots on their TikTok page and got talking to one of their employees which we had a good back and forth about the boots. Once purchased the delivery timescale was bang on, out in 3-5 working days maybe less. But once the boots came they were exactly as shown (sorry even better than the video and pictures shown) of any one is in the market for old school boots in excellent condition these boys are the ones to go too. I couldn’t recommend them higher, brilliant website, brilliant service and just all round a fantastic customer service!

I was informed on the arrival into stock paid for them very easily through the website and received them quicker than expected. Great service. Company came good After several emails, which were apparently going into The Boot Chamber’s junk mail box, and opening a case with PayPal (which I then closed), I did get a refund for the boots I returned. It helped that I paid £8+ for tracking with Evri and could prove they’d been received and signed for. I don’t feel the description of the boots on the website was detailed enough as we wouldn’t have got them in the first place had it been more clear what type of boots they were.
