Excellent Customer Service I bought a shirt for my son for Christmas. And I have to say the customer service with Sangalo was amazing. Before the product shipped, they confirmed the size and made a recommendation. The item got delivered quickly but I noticed there was a rip on the shirt. I snapped pictures of it and sent the pictures to them and they responded immediately and sent out a replacement right away. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! Sangalo went above and beyond my expectations for ensuring my satisfaction with my order. I ordered two jerseys from them. They later emailed me informing me that one of the jerseys runs small and suggested I let them bump me to a larger size. They patiently waited about a week (I am very bad at checking my email) to see my response and promptly shipped the order the day I finally responded to the email. Excellent service and I will definitely be buying more jerseys from them soon.
