I have used the new performance centre… I have used the new performance centre recently. The technology just blew me away. It is amazing how resilient the human body is and how much we achieve by knowing the right data and making small improvements one at a time.

CrossFit/Hyrox family Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the classes whether it CrossFit or Hyrox are well structured and are made so anyone is capable of doing them. The general gym is alsogreat with lots of equipment. I see myself as having two families, one Family at home and a family at Fitness Evolution.
