Ordered 3 tops in one order ** update following reply ** Whilst I appreciate the reply on here. I only reviewed on this site due to no responses from customer services to any of my emails. The ‘dispatched’ email link was not updated for 2 weeks hence my emails to check that it was in transit & not lost. Once the shirts arrive I will happily update the rating. Ordered 3 tops in one order - they haven’t turned up despite a “dispatched” email 2 weeks ago. Several email to ask for an update have been ignored - suspect it may be a scam.

Very poor service… Shirt ordered for my godson in October but still not received. Shirt was delivered but to the wrong address. Contacted Shirt Mystery who said they would send another one. This was the beginning of November, still not arrived. Would never use them again

Good quality but slow delivery Ordered on the 5th January 2024 I received it today (16th January 2024) I received the 2023/24 man City third kit although I support man utd quite happy with the quality I ain't no bot review 4 star review due to the fairly slow delivery but in total a good quality shirt I can add to my collection of shirts just a shame I got unlucky with man City. I have also tried looking for the website again today to share with my friends but I couldn't find the website anywhere and when I type the link nothing shows so I haven't got a clue what's happened.

Such a value for money, got the £80 Arsenal Home kit for £23! What a bargain This is actually the most underrated football shirt company that I've ever seen in my life, will probably buy again I promise anyone that is looking at this it isn't a scam and your definitely missing out. P.S. I ordered a request a shirt for a 12 year old who wanted arsenal since he has supported them for 8 years now, and that was what I got!

Absolute clowns Absolute clowns. Ordered 23/10. Appears to have been stuck in transit since 26/10. Contacting sellers for an update numerous times and uncontactable. Don’t bother with this lot. Better, more responsive sites out there
