AZTHEY AREN'T SELLING AUTHENTIC REAL… THEY AREN'T SELLING AUTHENTIC REAL BOOTS, THEIR WEBSITE LITERALLY STATES "We source our products from reputable manufacturers". Make of that what you will, but surely sounds like "We sell good quality replicas" Edit 1 - To the gentleman replying about how I am writing this review because you "refused to sell me boots". I have no reason to be petty against a company which has a history of selling fake products. Fancy word play and changing domains does not make you authentic in any sense of that word. It's funny how you are responding to reviewers and dodging as soon as your old website gets brought up. How would you explain these reviews trustpilot. com/review/boots-dubai.com. And surely putting a fake score of 4.8 stars on your website to lure in customers goes against consumer laws as well ;)

GBOrder from this company with caution. Purchase with extreme caution - I ordered a pair of football boots in November 2022 for my son for Christmas 2022 They arrived in March 2024 after lots of to-ing and fro-ing on WhatsApp, me pursuing the whereabouts of my order and refusing to give up. I encountered shockingly rude responses on WhatsApp (which I have kept), threatening and dismissive customer service messages from Boots Dubaï ("remove your bad review and then we will send the boots!") and accused of being dramatic over just 180USD when others had spent thousands and weren't complaining - clearly implying others had issues with delivery too! I was asked "what is your problem?" I never received an offer of a refund or at the least an apology. I was being a difficult customer for quite simply wanting either the boots or my money back. They couldn't even get my delivery address right after explaining several times how to write it, which also led to a further delay. Even then I was inconveniencing them because as far as they were concerned they had sent the boots so their job was done - delivery was irrelevant. Boots Dubaï have serious issues with incompetent service, couriers, delivery and general courtesy. I finally have the boots after a 17 month battle, but will never order from them again.
