GBFrustrated I ordered two jersey kits for my grandson for Christmas in late October. I have yet to receive them. I foolishly paid for them through Zelle, so no way to contest the charge. This was prior to their announcement that they were again accepting credit cards. No customer service as far as I can see, robo responses to any email inquiries. If you want to be totally frustrated order from Jersey Loco. And say good buy to your money. Credit card payments may work better but you still won’t know when you will get your jersey My son had previously used this site and used a credit card, he said that it took months , but he finally got the jerseys. Good luck, my advise, pay more and actually get a jersey from a legitimate company.

GBAvoid this scam company Avoid this scam company. 2 months after ordering and no delivery they said they'd send the product again. After another months wait and constant chasing they stopped communicating with us and ignored our refund request. We then had to claim against our bank and 4 months after our initial order we finally have our money back. Jersey Loco are dodgy cowboys, at best.

GBGreat quality for price I ordered jerseys on May 16 and received on June 4.(I am in Texas, USA) About 3 weeks. The emails kept the tracking up to date although it the tracking is somewhat vague, then will update only when a major destination is crossed. Quality is very good, logo printing is good but thin, so I would wash inside out and line dry, not in machine. For the price these are a very good deal if you take care of them, they are not authentic, but they are very good quality replicas.

GBBought a jersey and returned same for… Bought a jersey and returned same for an exchange.followed the return process including filling out the return form with the return tracking info. Item has been at the 750 3rd Avenue awaiting pickup since August 4.No one answers my calls or emails despite repeated requests.

AUThis is a rip off company This is a rip off company. Ordered a personalised shirt and the number/name started coming off after 1st (extra careful) wash. Not surprisingly emails were ignored. Many many emails, as were messenger requests for a refund. Totally rubbish.
