Outstanding Customer Service Incorrect bat was shipped and delivered. With one email this was corrected and the correct bat was shipped with expedited delivery. Outstanding customer service and speedy resolution to an issue.

I wrote a review above and didn't… I wrote a review above and didn't realize it was a review for Premier and thought it was for the BAT. Premier has been nothing but exceptional, speedy and responsive. The bat denting had nothing to do with Premier. They have great prices and have been pro active and helpful in the exchange process.

Delivery was quick Delivery was quick, but super sloppy. Huge box with no protection at all for the bat. Vast majority of the wrapping was gone with about 5 stickers all on top of each other. Price was actually less on Rawlings, but stock was gone. Would not recommend this company.

Best price. Fast shipping. This bat was the best price I could find and fast shipping. The bat won’t be used until Spring so I can’t review it’s performance (but hope the emails requesting a review will end 😉).
