USIt took 3 weeks for my item to ship It took 3 weeks for my item to ship. When I reached out I was told they needed more warehouse staff. I feel for the situation, but I needed to buy the product from another seller as we needed the product. Very unfortunate experience. I wish I had been told via email rather than having to reach out to customer service myself.

USPro rugged knee & elbow pads These pads are more comfortable than other pads I’ve worn in the past. Very light and breathable. Had an issue with one item from the sale page that said in stock then was notified later that it wasn’t available. Was given 20% off and free shipping for a replacement.

USCSR was nice and professional w/ issues I had to reach out after almost a week and no status change. The CSR was nice in the email and let me know they had some issues with fulfillment and the next day I received the shipping confirmation email.
