GBFirst night used and it’s CRACKED!!! I just bought a ball and it’s cracked first night,but I can’t return It BECAUSE ITS DRILLED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has to be a manufacture defect!!! First night i use it IT CRACKS! I’m super upset

GBEcstatic with my new ball. I wanted a new ball. Nick took me out on the lanes to witness my bowling style with my old ball, asked a few questions and suggested the Hammer Scorpion for my desired amount of hook. He expertly measured and drilled my new ball and afforded me the opportunity to roll a game with it. I was pleased with the outcome... a much better fit than my old ball with no further adjustment necessary!

GBBeware false marketing offers Beware false marketing offers. Upon landing on the BowlersMart website I was presented with a 5% off promotion for my first order for signing up to receive email and text offers. I agreed and received a promotional code to enter for my purchase. After I entered all the purchase, shipping, and payment data I entered the promotional code for the promised discount. The code was rejected for the purchase as the item chosen was apparently ineligible. I performed the requested action of agreeing to be contacted for future offers. BowlerMart did not fulfill or perform as advertised. Poor first time customer experience

GBWonderful service. Casey****- was awesome. We went in on a Saturday and he talked to my husband about a few balls while I picked out a new bag. The next day, he watched my husband throw his ball, then measured everything out, walked him through WHAT he was doing and why, then had a new ball drilled up for him within 45 minutes. My husband said the new ball fits and feels loads better than his old ball. He's already talking about getting his next ball and his old ball redrilled from them in the very very new future. Casey was professional, friendly, and honest, plus he actually took the time to listen. We couldn't be happier.
