GBThe wrong poles were sent The wrong poles were sent - they would not fit together to produce a 12 foot pole. Mistakes are made and that’s forgivable. However, the customer service rep, Amanda Meek, is now trying to charge me for the incorrect poles that were sent. It was not my fault that the incorrect poles were sent. I will return the incorrect poles at my convenience since I have no need for them - and they don’t connect to each other. But threatening me for your mistake is not the way to go.
