The color and quality of the hoops are… The color and quality of the hoops are beautiful. They came very quickly. The only issue I had was miscommunication/misinformation with regard to shipping. However, I did receive my order quickly.

Great quality and speed for delivery Ordered 3, two sided flags and received well ahead of the projected time frame. The flags are great quality and will order from them again. My wife's team needed flags since their other order didn't show up, so superior cheer came though. Thanks

Not very pleased The labels were designed very nicely, but some came wrinkled. I put them on the mega fans to see how bad it would look and when I took a picture and sent it to superior Cheer, they would not send me new ones because I already applied them. The ones I did apply are starting to peel after a week, I’m very disappointed

The wrong poles were sent The wrong poles were sent - they would not fit together to produce a 12 foot pole. Mistakes are made and that’s forgivable. However, the customer service rep, Amanda Meek, is now trying to charge me for the incorrect poles that were sent. It was not my fault that the incorrect poles were sent. I will return the incorrect poles at my convenience since I have no need for them - and they don’t connect to each other. But threatening me for your mistake is not the way to go.
